Its "unsafe" even while trying to train someone to run a piece of equipment you can not have a rider.... with the exception of haul trucks and pieces of equipment that has a rider seat. Basically if you well depending on what country you're in i'm not sure... by osha and msha standards they'd say that was unsafe as well.. most pieces of motorize equipment in the U.S. specify "no riders" same difference as that.. Plus I work for an overly "safe" company.
