Are you kidding? Some vids actually have permission from the companies indicating that you can use their clips. The only problem is that even members with permission can still be banned if users want the video gone. See, it is mostly because of users, not companies. A lot of the time, some user will tell the site "Hey, I work for Toie (Yeah, it's usually spelt wrong) Animations, and I want my material removed from this site". You see? Youtube's gullible.

The only sure way is to not use any material you dint create yourself, it's a severe problem for AMV's or anything of the sort. Hell, if this draws too much attention, it may get taken down for using kingdom hearts clips. --;

after looking at other videos that have been deleted it is my personal opion that the videos in question were in violation of no laws at all and youtube is censoring certain videos and hiding behind the sheild of viacom and copyright laws. What i would do is find somewhere else to post your videos where they wont be taken down for no reason.
