However, I have to just say I can understand why the video "may not be suitable for minors." Technically speaking, YouTube is a way to present public media and nearly every country has ratings in regards to nudity - usually classifying it as a mature content. Sure it's artwork, but it's presented in a form of digital media, accessible by anyone of any age, really.
