I've noticed that when I eat beef, I have gout, and it raises my blood pressure. I've been thinking about switching to a vegan/vegetarian diet because I'm tired of getting sick and having pre-diabetes.
Every person can thrive on the vegan diet. Meat is poisonous to the body no matter what blood type you are. If you make the switch to a vegan diet you will notice that your body will have less illness and more vitality. It is an easy switch and there are plenty of recipes out there. You can still enjoy the same recipes as you enjoyed with meat- all you need2 do is replace the meat with faux chicken/tofu or vege mince etc. You can replace cheese with vegan cheese, ice-cream with vegan ice-cream.
