FYROM's name prior to 1944 was VARDARSKA there in no relation to the Greek kingdom of Macedonia. So start telling me what relates you to the ancients. You don't become Macedonian by saying that "are not Greeks"... you have to say why YOU are what you say yoa are! The Greeks can relate themselves you CANNOT! May be that is how the Grci got their name.
Grd ci = in macedonian means" You are ugly" and
Grci = is the Macedonian word for Greek.

OMG, u know Slavs, I was browsing some sites of Greece on the internet, they have so nice cities in their Macedonia:
Chalkidiki beaches, Florina, Grevena, Kastoria, Kavala, Kozani, Pella, Pieria & of course the beautiful Thessaloniki, Im so jealous of them, we in our FYROm only have 1 sight we can invite our tourists to see, this sight is our skopije airport which we put the name of Alexandar, we can pretend as if he's working in this airport many years ago and convince tourists to come ;-)
