id definetly pick this over mercaneries 2. it may have some bad things about it on the pc version like the driving but its still really good on 360 and ps3. i recommend this game to anyone who loves rpg driving/shooting games. but be warned it is pretty rude and is rated MA. so get ur parents to buy it if ur 2 young.

I'd say SR2, in Mercs 2, you cant kill pedestrians at all, and when you try, each time you harm a civillian, you get fined $10,000. This game is much more fun.

Saints Row 2 definately. I have mercs 2 for 360 and Saints Row 2 is coming in on christmas, because I had a mishap with it a month ago when it broke. As long as you have SR2 and GTA4 in your ps3 library, your'e set to go!

You can very easily compare it with GTA 4 the graphics is better on GTA 4 but controles for Saints Row 2 are more realistic witch everyone seems to not like so much lol the expect the airplanes to survive crashes unlike a real one

gta 4 and saints row 2 are both great video games. I own them both. gta 4 just looks great and the story and different things are cool but it was a huuuge letdown that they took a lot of the cool things from san andreas out. so id have to say san andreas was the best gta game out of all of em. now saints row 2 does lack in the graphics and soundtrack, but they took a lot of the cool shit from san andreas and threw in a lot of customization. overall saints2 is better but not by that much.

Niko was a child soldier and like most of them was taken advantage of and shoved into the life. Niko wanted to leave that life behind and start again when he came over to America. The bit with the fucked up friend was because the person betrayed him and while he wanted him dead, he saw that the man was already suffering, and it was worse to let him live.

Then again, GTA IV requires more from people than previous installments, since it isn't just cock jokes and farts.

That is very very true Saints row 2 is 1 of the worst video games/ letdowns ever made. But the 1st one is an incredible game. This is a bad review the game is terrible. They ruined the great and intensly deep story of the origional game, plus they even ruined the main charecters attitude. When he wuz 1nce a cool guy who never ran his mouth much at all he now talks all of the time. The Graphics are terrible and dull, the cool more animated look to the 1st game is gone now. 2 out of 5. i agree. so many extras taken out of 4 it boggled my mind. ive been playing them since gta 2 and i love em, but gta 4 is going in the totally wrong direction. sr 2 realises players dont play sandbox games for gritty realism and long boring drives/bowling sessions/spending time with gf. they play em for whacky violence, which sr 2 delivers in spades. gta 4 is more polished, for sure. but its ALL polish. its a finely polished turd, whereas sr2 aint totally fine-tuned, but its gold where it counts.
