  • yes you can watch it online youtube The Real Star of Bethlehem don't know why they put down Real but w.e lol

  • i absolutely love that movie. It doesn't "explain away" any miracle though. The fact that Jesus was born when that star came to be would show that God's perfect in His timing. There's a difference between questioning faith, and questioning because of faith, because your curious, and it's so cool to find answers. They're not neccessarilly needed, but they can just make you marvel at God even more. I love the science and history behind the Bible.

  • @chirpmeowbubble i would also recommend "The Case for Christ"...that talks about the history of the Gospels and such. It's really really good.

  • Bethlehemstar (DOT) net/times.htm

He's travelling all over the place teaching about these findings. Bring your friends and family for this amazing presentation.

The above link shows the when and where. Just replace the "(DOT)" with a real dot.

  • I watched the 8 part series here on you tube, and I was blown away. As for the "skeptics" I have not heard a single argument that has been made in effort to refute the information in this movie. In fact, if you look at the amount of views on u-tube, they start off relatively strong. Over 2000. But as you get to the end of the series, the amount of views drops dramatically. Almost as if the skeptics don't want to finish watching the series because there is no way to refute it.

  • perhaps the video is boring. It is. Astronomy and astrology were the same back then. The conjunction of Jupiter and Venus would not have been astrologically significant because it was not predictable. Secondly, the whole idea starts off assuming that the Bible is historical and accurate. This hasn't been shown to be true. Thirdly, the pagan magi wouldn't have associated leo with "the lion of Judah." That was a jewish thing. There is more but I'm running out of characters.

  • assuming that the Bible is historical and accurate. This hasn't been shown to be true.

66 books, 40 different authors, 3 different continents, 3 different languages, written over 1500 yrs, all the authors telling 1 story. Not to mention the 23,000 archaeological digs directly related to events recorded in scripture, and not one word has had to be changed bcuz of something found in the ground. Not one 1st century writer contests the text of scripture. But now u have it all worked out. Do tell.

  • Yeah, all those people and none of it contradicts itself....oh wait, the first the chapters of Genesis are contradictory. Matthew, Mark, Luke, etc. are all just rewrites with some changes. They also contradict each other (only one mentions virgin birth). And, they don't just tell 1 story, they tell lots of little stories, and many contradict each other. There is no extra-biblical evidence in support of the bible stories. Scripture was written after the 1st century, how would they discredit?

  • @pozzska you have not read the king james bible cover to cover. If you had you would not have made that comment.

  • @ chilaxinjackson You aren't really saying anything specific, so I'll assume that you don't really have a point.

Secondly, you don't know if I have read the KJ Bible cover to cover. What about the several other versions of teh bibble, those don't count? How do you know one is more accurate than the rest?

  • Wow. All the authors telling 1 story? Of course their are many variances in those stories. there have been 0, archaelogical digs that serve as direct evidence for any sort of miracle or extraordinary claim in the bible. Including the supposed time the sun stood still in the sky for 24 hrs. You'd think other people in the world may have noticed such an event. There are accurate claims in the bible. not a surprise since it is religious writings and not a total work of fantasy.

  • @pozzska ur really annoying. Nothing that you say holds any water. Your just ignorant as my dog. Understands only when food is ready on the table. Everything is brain dead.

  • @STarAirwave And, since you have no argument you simply turn to insulting me. Stay classy, STaiAirwave, stay classy.

  • Actually if u look at most multi-video series, the amount of views enevitably drops as u go. people dont wonna sit there for 90 minutes & watch an entire youtube video.

Also, perhaps the reason u have not heard many skeptics talk about this video is cuz they dont know about it. my buddy put me on 2 it & i think its well done, but made dramatic assumptions & only proved what we already knew,& that is that the stars were used in religious ceremony & writings & that ancients studied them intensly

  • I found and watched the whole movie, but I had to instal VEOH. You find it in the category Educational & How to

  • i don't know what that is, so you have a link???

  • i really would like to watch this movie but can not afford to buy it, does anybody have an idea if there is a link to watch the whole movie on line or something like that? i did find 1 site but it is in 6 sessions here on you tube but they cut things out when they break up from one session to the next so it kind of feels incomplete.....

  • If you have VEOH instaled, you find it there, whole movie under section Educational & How to.

  • It is being shown on EWTN channel 370 on direct TV...if you have it.

  • Great movie! very inspirational.

  • this movie was awesome, the only un-awesome thing is that it is so unKNOWN... I just stumbled across it, the exciting thing about it is that its falsifiable, so if some skeptic wants to prove it wrong they can, if they cant everyone NEEDS to see this, good review

  • bigwhammyrocks uploaded that movie to his channel yesterday. Its uploaded in 7 parts and is in a playlist on his channel for anyone wanting to see it.

  • There is a critical article about any natural Stars of Bethlehem in the December 2007 issue of Sky & Telescope. It seems pretty good to me. There is also a discussion page as well on the S&T website.

  • I'd like to see that sometime, thanks Thorzon

  • Cool! Thank you for the recommendation, Thor!
