This song is called 'Nyah' written and produced by Hans Zimmer for the soundtrack of 'Mission Impossible II'. It was featured in a scene where Tom Cruise's Ethan Hunt and the female lead, Nyah, meet for the first time.They were standing across each other as the dancers performed the flamenco to this song. I think it should be somewhere here in UTube - go search for it - it's a really good scene.

Very simple writing, but very effective. It's very cookie cutter Hans Zimmer in the progression, but his application of the flat 9 chord and use of flaminco guitar are quite effective.
