1) It's will not be expensive to build such a machine. As a matter of fact it's extremely cheap and I have the feeling it will be really easy. The design might be similar to an electronic assembler.

2) You so stupiiiid. Why would you put one in every store? Have you though about the possibility of putting one in a factory and then shipping the burgers to the shops?
