Bouzouki tabs? For a song where the bouzouki player doesn't change the chord?
Assuming you want to do this song ... and want to do it in their key ... and using their melody (which is not standard) ... then just listen to it once or twice.
I perk up when I read "ment to be" related to folk song; especially related to such real pros as Pint & Dale. Here's some research from Mudcat:
"WHEN THE OLD DUN COW CAUGHT FIRE Words and Music by Harry Wincott, c 1893, As Performed by Harry Champion 1911. (Born William Henry Crump,1865) Old tyme music hall classic. 'To be sung with the rapidity of a machine gun burst.'"
(I also prefer it slower but that's a different matter.)
I used to go drinking in the Dun Cow on the Old Kent Road. I think it's now a Doctors Surgery.

This sounds awfull o_O...

By the way - if people don't "recreate" songs, then they stop existing on Earth.
