Alata was an awesome Red Ranger. He wasn't stoic, he was goofy and friendly and yet he could lead his team when he needed to. I am in the minority. I liked Alata as a leader and I liked Goseiger.

havent seen all of goseiger so i cant really say whether its gd or not but i love the suits, the henshin, the villains and the mecha, reminds me of old series like zyuranger and dairanger so it would be gd if they adapted it

Alata may not be as serious and badass from other Red Rangers like Takeru and Marvelous, but one thing is similar is that he is still a great leader and someone i did like to be or befriend with!!

If you look closely at the choreography for the roll call each individual member movement is based on their respective Header design. A few things I did like with the series was the suit's, the choreography, and the almost heavenly soundtrack.

i dont know about you guys but for me whenever the sentai is boring/sucks/has a weak story the pr version is better and vise-versa. but then there are the sentai trolls who wont admit the pr version is written better like go-onger/RPM

I got it guys, according to my sources, Saban will acquire Goseiger and it will be called "Power Rangers Megaforce" in Korea is "Power Rangers Miracle Force" right after "Power Rangers Samurai".

@brunodinizsantos I've only seen the first three episodes, but I seriously think Hyde/Gosei Blue should have been leader. Having the pressures of leadership on him while being from the weakest tribe and being cut off from the Gosei World would have made for a much more interesting hero than Alata and his almost childlike optimism and efforts to be friends with everybody and gag me with a spoon.

I don't really like Goseiger.

The Landicks were elitist pricks and the Skicks were all smiles and optimism and FRIEEEENDSHIP~ all the time. Goseiger Vs. Shinkenger seems to indicate that none of that changes over the course of the series.

Because as the teams stoic, Hyde would seems the most sane. Their tribal stereotypes make decent group dynamics, but as far as GoseiRed goes Alata may be soft in character but his passion is what leads the team well. As for the Eri and the Landicks they've had their fair share of character development but what your stating is basically their overall initial character flaws in the series. Something that they've indeed gotten pass over.

Cause you've only seen the first three episodes you fail to see why Goseiger group dynamic has Alata as the de-facto leader. Combat wise Gosei Red is already the most capable of the group even rivaling with Gosei Knight who's one of the more stronger sixth sentai. They had a episode where the enemy exploited Goseiger's lack of a concrete leader, but after constantly rotating leaders among themselves they've eventually decided Alata works best because, hell Alata is Alata.
