I've been playing MGS ever since I heard about it way back when. It's an amazing game. Call me a pussy or whatever you want, but the ending of MGS3, I teared up. It's the only game where you can follow the storyline and actually get to know the characters to the point you feel as if it's reality. Well done Konami.

Its a shame that the video quality isn't better. This is an amazing tribute. If you want to work for it, you can get better video quality for MGS1 and MGS3 using emulation (and you can even enable widescreen mode on Twin Snakes) and MGS2 you can either run on PC or through emulation.

@bcrt2000 I've actually got all the cutscenes 1-4 on file as WMVs and divx and have been wanting to re-do the video to fix some of the cuts and add the lyrics back in at the end of the song. Unfortunately, Sony Vegas won't let me import the divx files and I can't remember how I got them to work originally. So unless you have any suggestions, this is as good as it gets.

i've been in the army for over 15 years now and i also play the mgs game series and i can tell you something mgs is just like the real army only theres some things diffrent about it and there is a solo thing as a solo sneaking mission it invloves just one person risking their lifes by going behind enemy lines and doing whatever the mission requires so i think it just really good to play the mgs games and be in the army at the same time.

Apparently Big Boss was born in the 1920's (I believe this is stated on his gravestone and in the MGS Database), and Snake was born in 1973 (Les Enfant Terrible mention at the end of MGS3). This makes Snake 42 in MGS4 (which is in 2015) and believe it or not Big Boss is somewhere in his 90's

Solid Snake is a clone of Big Boss, created by taking Big Boss's cells, placing them into an unfertilised egg (taken from an Asian woman) and then planted into a surrogate mother (in this case Eva). Big Boss was apparently in his late 50s when his cells were taken for the Les Enfant Terrible project, although there's been a lot of ret con-ning in the series, but believe me, Big Boss isn't only 10 years older than Snake xD

I think that wiki is wrong in this one, because MGS 3 (starring Big Boss) is in time of Khrushchev who was in charge until 1964. And other MGS's are pretty much in presents.

In MGS2 Liquid says: "Big Boss was in his late forties (or fifties, not sure) when they made his copies. So BB is definitely much older than SS
