Voice acting is pretty easy if you have a voice that fits your character capturing and editing the video files can be a bit hard depending on your skill on the subject for editing you voice there are alot of free audio editors a good one is audacity but the mp3 save files are large i just use wmv to capture audio and use vegas to edit it
