This MMORPG is one of the best I have ever played! I mean I have played WoW and it was good too, ( The orcs in WoW look retarted) but Allods is like way better! I have a level 27 Arisen sorcerer on Allods too, but I seriously hate the way the elven Demonologists look....

I don't understand how people call this game a grindfest. At most I have spent 2-3 hours a day doing a few quests turning them in, then using fatigue to lvl up. With minimal effort I have gotten to level 20 on a warrior in about 7 days. Which is pretty slow compared to a lot of people.

GUYS dont play allods. i played it for a while and i managed to get to lvl 17 and the game is very very very boring. i thought there wass some pvp in this game but u cant access that till lvl 23-25ish which will take u about 2-3 weeks to hit depending on how much u play it. watch free to play noobs new vid and u will see that the game isnt even free.

@Cecilink60 I'll agree with graphics to some extent. Model textures - are much more detailed especially the forsaken ones..I like the steampunk style of the Empire. But i do not like thelandscapes. so far i saw - worse then in WOTLK Northrend. Somewere like Good Old Azeroth(old WoW landscape meshes) yes. Music - is way worse. But for the Mystery of the third planet in the Empire city - i would make a memorial to the authors - it adds so much to the mood.:)
@Cecilink60 Have you noticed that they made a USSR resemblence in the Empire city? Geraldics, uniform and architecture. Not to mention that they actualy recreated the Palace of the Soviets in the game - which never neen fully constructed in Moscow in 30s.

WoW was not the first MMO, and its original design as well as its continued design, is almost entirely derived from OTHER GAMES. It didn't invent the genre, or even reinvent it - it simply made an "MMO" which was so easy and with so much "novelty" that it gave way to an entirely new brand of consumer : The lazy MMO player, who doesn't want anything to be too challenging but to have lots of menial and simple things to do to make him/her feel accomplished.

Yes until the 22nd jan 2010 you can play allods EU VERSION without a beta key, but if you want to play the US version you need to go to Aleinware's site and get a beta key. They have tons left :)

I've been playing this game for a little over a week now. I have level 12 Elf Summoner (female of course because males are disgustingly made)
I must say I liked the beginning part I suppose. Only shitty part about it is all those idiotic names they use for NPCs. Elves are French and everyone except Gibberlings, Orcs and Cyborgs are Russian.
Recently I've done first instance - Oreshek Fortress. We had a decent group. I was not impressed with instance at all. Its more stupid than hard.

just started playing the cbt4 but its lagging hard core so im just assuming its cause its the first day of beta testing and the fact that its beta testing but anyway GREAT FRIGGEN GAME SO FAR!!!

Yes until the 22nd jan 2010 you can play allods EU VERSION without a beta key, but if you want to play the US version you need to go to Aleinware's site and get a beta key. They have tons left :)

I've been playing this game for a little over a week now. I have level 12 Elf Summoner (female of course because males are disgustingly made)
I must say I liked the beginning part I suppose. Only shitty part about it is all those idiotic names they use for NPCs. Elves are French and everyone except Gibberlings, Orcs and Cyborgs are Russian.
Recently I've done first instance - Oreshek Fortress. We had a decent group. I was not impressed with instance at all. Its more stupid than hard.

There is a mod that removes wings I believe. But people are saying it only supports RU version at the moment.

Elves had wings in Perfect world which was made way before Aion. Pefect world probably stole the idea from someone befoe them.

i played gpotato games for a while now,i began with FLYFF which really sucked from lvl 60 on, and there was no more REAL content updates and it was so cash shop related.....later i moved to rappelz, where i liked the graphics more but i thought the world was too huge and there was just no content no ecxiting story or anything.....so i ams till very sceptically minden against everythign published by gpotato...but this looks good so ima check it out...(ps REALLY similar to Wow-looking!!)

Hi, i whana play this game more than anything so pls help me now. .i got problems.. i downloaded usa client.. from allods usa.. and i registrired and.. got beta key and updated it.. so i try to login and it says invalid username or password.. so i went to europe allods.. and registrired there too and downloaded their client.. and than i got beta key.. from 2nd event for cbt 2th.. and i updated it.. so i said great.. and when i tryed to login it says again invalid username or password now help!!!

Actually only on EU CBs you get your char wiped in each phase. And on EU you can get to lvl 19 but theres no content from 10 to 19, same as US.
But on US CBs your chars will only be wiped at Open Beta.
By the way 12 yrs old playing gibberlings lol? Whats the problem with gibberlings?

the combat is slow casue it is in beta so it takes longer to level cause the cap is only 10 also the xp is reduced to 60%
