I think the best part about these tongue twisters is they make learning the words easier to remember. It's like putting them into music, then whenever you need to remember the words, you simply recite the tongue twister to yourself.
So thanks to this video, I learned four new words :).
Gah- this reminds me of when my Spanish teacher made us do Spanish tongue twisters... No matter how fast I can talk in ANY language (Which is like 1 (English) andbarely 2 (Japanese/ Spanish)) I can NEVER do tongue twisters... Not even the she shells sea shells by the sea shore... I am a horrible person XDD Thanks though! I will force myself to become a master at it! ^^
I've never been able to say this one properly... I always put too much emphasis on the tamago. "Nama tama-GO!"... it's more rhythmic, but slows it down.
By the way - on my blog post, I've included an audio clip where I say the tongue twister 3 times, starting slow and speeding up. You could try shadowing that too, if you like. :-)
i keep saying "naga gome" lol

And you will say 'Huh?'."
That's so true. xD

I keep saying 'tanamo' instead of tamago xD

Try slowing it down a bit more and saying each syllable as you clap a rhythm. Make it simple before you speed it up. ;-) Ganbare!

Ok, thanks for the tip. Hopefully, tanamo does not mean anything in japanese? x)

Tanamo? Hmmm. Nothing in my dictionary.

You should wait for the hard ones. Then you can use them against your students. Ha ha.

Well quickly now, make them before the semester is over!
