If you are wondering how this was done there used to be a quest in Azshara that summoned a felhunter if you talked to this npc. The bug with the quest is that you could keep talking to the npc and get 100 felhunters each lasting 5 min. Blizz has since removed this quest from the game so you can't do it anymore.
