sometimes certain railroads like UP like too harrass railfans aka foamers by saying we are tresspassing and we cant film or they call the local cops cause they were filming it happens alot or somebody driving by calls the cops cause they see somebody with a camera and brands them a terrorist or claims they are gonna derail a train or commit sucicide i hope that makes more sense i agree with you its not they go on YT and look for stuff like this but you never know
yeah im sure the railroad surfs youtube looking for cabride videos so they can fire the guys they invested thousands of dollars and training into. they have enough to worry about like the FRA and how to make an extra penny while screwing us employees.
Same goes for Amtrak;any unauthorized visitors on a train, and if one person gets hurt one conductor said (and I quote) "They'll fire your ass in a heartbeat and ask questions later!"Anywhere,if there are people on a train that shouldn't be on there you're responsible should anything happen to them.
May I suggest that you take this video down because you put the specific train ID and showed a crew member you might have put their jobs at risk of being fired. Use a little common sence.
Haha no I won't. I got specific permission to post this video. There is no chance for these employees to be fired. I made sure I had permission so... I did use common sense.

@killersaad If the guest wasn't authorized by UP there would be a risk of liability if there was a accident/derailment etc.
