  • ur awesome c;

  • Oh also, i need iron for my blood. No iron in blood = Fuck off life...

  • No no no! I need my Iron and Protein and shit from MEAT. i don't want to cut my life short to eat nothing but Vegies. I wont get my iron or protein that i would from meat.....

Soo how about this, Who cares. they wont stop. it's already dead so eat it?

Everyone wont stop eating meat so cows will still die, soooooo D:

  • NO YOU GUYS NEED TO LISTEN THIS IS THE ONLY LANGUAGE YOU YOUNGINS SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THESE DAYS SO LISTEN UP ! THIS AINT NO LIE !!! TIS IS THE REASON PEOPLE GET DISEASES WEN THEY ARE OLD YOUNG WATEVER CANCER, DEPRESSION , IT DETEREORATES YOUR BONES THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HAVE WEAK BONES WHEN OLD VEGETABLES MAKE YOUR BONES AND BODY STRONG ! FRUIT MAKES YOUR SKIN BEAUTIFUL AND STRONGER ! PLEASE LISTEN...... srry bout the spelling :)

  • i could really use a hamburger right about now...

  • im going to eat meat you dumb bitch.

  • I quit eating mcdonalds because I've seen what the food is made of and it's just unappetizing, I don't choose to be a vegetarian, but when I eat meat I get nauseous, like I can't eat it.

And it sounds more like you'r a vegan than vegatarian

  • What a ridiculous video. If you wish to make a meaningful point, cut the foul language and do some research.

  • You were nice enough to say, "please," I'll give you that. But I respectfully decline your request.

  • No.

  • There is no problem at all eating dead food, as long as you prepare it in the right way like boil it, fry it or smoke it, then it's not dangerous. McDonalds food on the other hand and other junk food(pluss sushi) is not so good. Junk food contains lot of bad meat and fat, and sushi is raw fish. I eat meat, but I make sure to buy good meat and I eat most ox and chicken and some pork. There are some animals I don't eat, like rodents, horses, cats, and dogs.

  • @millaindie I plan on fasting before easter and eat very little to no meat at all, and no candy or soda. But I'm never going to become a vegetarian. I say away from products used on animals or that contain anything animal, like makeup and stuff. And I hate animal torture, that is so wrong. I can't blame people wearing fur, but i will never use real fur, unless the animals were treated nicely(like not tortured). Everyone has to do what they want. I have friends who are vegetarians.

  • thank you !

  • I just had a medium rare steak. Mmmm with A1

  • Let people do what they want, kmon u r u, so u r not other ppl

  • Meat is good for muscles and brain!

  • @venomanimal Explain to me this: Why vegetarian Yogis are still active well into their 90s, pound for pound are fitter and stronger then meat eaters on average. Also have a much higher IQ Level.

  • @MrNativeDancer I have seen that said and the opposite said. And the fact is that you have active MEAT EATERS into their 90s. My great grandfather ate Sausage every morning for breakfast every day and lived to be in his hundreds.

    - Meat eaters not in vegetarian group – 95.5% of the study – 100

    - Vegetarian group without vegans – 4.3% of the study – 105

    - Vegan subgroup from vegetarians – 0.1% of the study – 95

So 5 points... you do know that's nothing? I got a 129 and I eat meat.

  • @MrNativeDancer PS Vegan's are TRUE vegitarians. They eat nothing from animals and have a lower IQ. Hmmm....

Just a thought, statistical anomalies like this with 5 points of difference arn't worth accepting as hard fact. 5 points is well within fluxuation. if it was 15 points then you might have an argument.

Now no one will arge that red meat CAN'T be bad for you if you wat to much.

  • @pcgamernum1 Now forgive me Sir I am not the greatest of spellers ok but did you mean "Fuctuation" and "eat to much" ? Yes indeed there are exceptions to the normal. I am not bothered what people eat, its personal choice really. And well done to your Great Grandfather for living such a great age. On the whole though Fruits Nuts and Veg diets with eggs included are the healthiest in my opinion and from what I experience from observations of college friends etc.

  • @MrNativeDancer You're forgiven. I'm one of the worse spellers around. A bit dyslexic. I mix up locations and spell things the way I think they are spelled by sound. 'fluctuation' was the word I tried to spell. 5 points is within an area for a natural unattributed change. (Margin of error).

I agree that it is a healthier diet than most americans eat. This is because most americans don't care as much about their health as Vegans and Vegitarians. So the cause is careing about health, not meat.

  • @venomanimal Meat is good for the joy of another thing dying cuz of you!

    F-U-C-K-E-R

  • @AlmanzoOfficial at least i dont curse on the 13 y olds! i do what i want!

  • Meat has iron and protein! Do your research. What do you think bodybuilders eat? Lots of CHICKEN! Meat is dead? Of course it is and it sure taste fucking great! When you die, you will be worm food... ;) think about that. It's the cycle of life!

  • @SirRickyRick Me not be worm food when I die! Me gonna be burned up lol in Crematorium! End of story, fk being eaten by worms lol Besides worms eat dead leaves as far as I know! Maggots from flies eat dead bodies though lol

  • @MrNativeDancer Fuck that! I rather be burned up also! lol

  • @SirRickyRick Lol yeah! Just imagine being eaten by maggots! tell ya am going up in smoke dude! PERIOD!! LOL

  • im a vegitarian people out there stop eating meat poor animals

  • @romenanazaryan You should tell that to the lions that slaughter animals for food like we do! :)

  • @romenanazaryan Im a vegetarian as well. Check out my video, is eating meat primitive! /watch?v=aS5CpSXDULM

  • Omg u serious!? The chicken has breast cancer!? Ok im glad I dont eat out often. Lol ur pretty! :) *giggle*

  • Is eating meat bad karma? /watch?v=ytEz2GQOVNk

  • Eating meat is fine, plants carry disease aswell.

  • Great video. Vegetarianism rules /watch?v=WWMnscY04AY

  • :3

  • I'm a vegetarian for about a year now. It was hard to change. Being a meat eater for 20+ years I really think they put something in meat to make it addictive. Like cigarette companies did with smokes. After about a month of me not eating meat the cravings went away. But it did take that long.

And since I'm a dude almost every man that finds out I'm a vegetarian says, "what u gay or something?" Which is stupid. I ain't gay I just dont eat meat. I used to tell them to F off. Now I don't even

  • @DominicRiv - I'm a meat-eater myself. And I completely support your endeavor. It's no different than being a guy who doesn't drink beer. "What, you gay or something?" Wtf? They think they're so tough because they don't cry or have advanced emotions (like sensitivity) but little do they know that BEER is actually an EMOTIONAL suppressant! Hah, so the joke's on them. Same with meat, probably, they're addicted to the hidden substance somewhere and they think there's something wrong with YOU! Haha

  • *eats chicken*

  • @hunterkiller9991 - chicken is addicting. xD But FUCK YOU for trying to troll people who don't like meat. xD

  • deanmullen10 Plants have lives too :L

  • If your race lacks the intelligence to save this planet from an incoming asteroid, I say your fair game to the race that is.

  • Im sorry but if I didn't eat as much protein as I do now, my gf teeth wouldn't be as white as they are now!! :D

  • Chemicals? Pretty much all we eat and drink is full of chemicals. But let people eat what they want I hate it when people force stuff on you its pathetic.

  • I LIKE CHICKEN THOUGH! OMG D:

  • @Inyourfacebro I understand u & other meat eater enjoys the taste of eating meat. It's hard to let go of what you enjoy bt here's some powerful reasons:

    1. Life come before pleasure

    2. It is natural and justified for a species to eat another for survival.

    3. Bt U don't need to eat meat for survival.

    4. U eat meat for pleasure

    5. ur pleasure of meat results in loss of life

    6. this contradicts the first statement which I'm sure anyone agrees w/

I know its hard but plz think about the animals

  • @deanmullen10 Ok so if I stop eating meat can i still hunt for pleasure?

  • @TheCobbfather what do you mean? that would be basically the same? like if you hunt and kill animals for pleasure or consume the meat which is produced from the slaughter of animals, there equally as bad.

  • @deanmullen10 Vegetarianism rules. Check out earthlings on my link. Check out my vegetarian nation. /watch?v=WWMnscY04AY

  • I'M GONNA EAT ALL THE ANIMALS ON THE EARTH. De fucking licious.

  • na im good

  • It's not right to tell someone what not to do

  • Gellato isn't vegan?

  • If you want to be a vegan then do so, if someone wishes to become a vegan then help them, do not however think its ok to tell me I should not.

  • im a vegetarian ever since i was born! =D not my decision but i like it ;]

    but yea

  • Are You A Boy Or Girl? XD

  • I've seen this Documentry on food where chemicals are used on animals, but it was in America... here in Britain I'd just advice people not to buy food from Lidle that's all.

  • You're smart, you started early.

  • thank you some one who gets it

  • 70% of ALL Beef and Chicken has been treated with Carbon Monoxide Gas. It makes bad meat look good even though it may have spoiled. The practice of treating meat with carbon monoxide could hide thegrowth of pathogens such as Clostridium Botulinum, Salmonella and E. coli O157:H7.

  • Hhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. So stupid go eat a ribeye.

  • Do you do like most vegans and take b12 suplements? well if so do you know where thay extract that b12 suplement? meat is the awnser unless you get the suplement from some type of sea weed but the problem with that is its more expensive and rare. I asume that you dont eat jello right? as its protine jellitin is extracted from cow bones and who knows what else. Meat aint bad for you its the poisins that thay poot in the meat and vegys that is bad for you im serius thay posion ower water also-

  • Why don't you just tell a tiger to stop eating meat thats pretty fucking stupid right? Its the circle of life. You don't know what your talking about either no energy in meat??? We are wired as Omnivores we EAT MEAT.

  • im a vegetarian! =)

  • @ChibiKitteh221 Hey, there IS a difference between being 13 and new to different cultures, and being young, and being a troll. I was actually asking a question. Not trolling by calling a boy a girl, or a girl a boy. Sorry.

  • You dont even know what day it is so how the fuck do you expect anyone to listen to you?

  • I'm a veggie!:'D<3

  • youre a female? I thought your were a gay boy

  • Comment removed

  • im a vegetarian 2 ;)

  • your argument is not very compelling. also i am a little confused. chickens don't have breasts. they lay eggs and do not raise their young on milk. also, dead food contains energy. and meat tastes delicious. my father and grandfather slaughtered animals that they raised, while i watched and we ate them. it was great. we had chickens which laid eggs and were breast cancer free....also breast free. fucken idiot. go learn a little more before you babble shit. plus i dont care about animals pain.

  • actually natural meat does taste nice, I've eaten some myself and if you see survival programmes where they kill the animals themselves in the wild, they say the meat tastes wonderful.

  • Why the fuck would anyone argue about meat being necessary or not? Who the hell cares, we evolved to eat it - that is why our brain perceives it as good, that is why we digest it properly, and that is why our brains developed to more advanced stages.

Do we need it now? Who the hell cares? We're always going to eat it.

We don't need to entertain imaginary ideas like "ethics" or "feelings".

  • "all the chicken you're eating has breast cancer" Oh, there's the silly vegeterian propaganda at work.

Let me guess, your highly researched data and scientific evidence that proves this assertion is super secret, and therefore you can't show it to us, or is invisible...or did your dog happen to eat it?

    LOL...

    Silly silly Vegetarians.

Thanks to meat, you have a cerebral cortex.

But you're delusional - your beliefs are resistant to facts, and you believe your bible (vegetarian stories)

  • @ncPsychosis where are your facts from? how can they be trusted as a liable source? actually that's statement "chicken has breast cancer" is backed up by Goa government-run medical college and hospital.

  • I really hate meat (:

  • You dont like meat you say but you sure love it in your ass FAG!

  • meat eaters dont try and make you not eat vegtables so what the fuck makes you think you could push your fag ass agenda on me MOTHERFUCKER !

  • A very common misconception is that MEAT is BAD. That could not be farther from the truth. Humans are gentically programmed to eat meat, we are omnivores. What is BAD is the torture and cruelty the mass-producing animal companies give to the livestock. I like meat, it tastes good, and in moderation is healthy for you. I HATE how people treat animals for that meat.

  • @looke888 so what you're saying is, dead corpses are healthy in moderation. simply stating that we are omnivores doesn't make it true, fist of all, true omnivores and carnivores eat their meat raw, straight from the animal, they rip it out with their sharp teeth. Also we're not designed to eat meat, otherwise people wouldn't get so fat and heart disease, colon cancer, mad cow disease and so many other catastrophic diseases. Give one slice of evidence that shows we're designed to eat meat.

  • @guitarhero666759 1. The food doesn't need to be alive, the nutrients need to be present, in the absnece of deadly bacteria. 2. It is a fact in evolution that humans evolved because they ate meat, and ate it raw. We don't need claws or sharp teeth, we just need an adaption to consume it - "stone tools" - you'd know that if you understood evolution. 3. People get fat because they overeat..in the Savanna, meat was scarce.

Show evidence?? Just look into human evolution.

  • @ncPsychosis of course the deadly bacteria is always present, as meat starts to putrefy almost instantly upon death. you're contradicting yourself, first you say humans evolved because we ate meat, then you say we don't need claws or sharp teeth, according to these two statements humans haven't evolved at all, which is also true, because our digestive system doesn't cope with meat very well, as well as many other factors. also, stone tools only help with killing and extracting the meat.

  • @guitarhero666759 not digesting it. Also according to your same evolution, our closest relatives are chimps, and their diets are 99% vegan, and what little meat they eat is not meat it's termites.

  • @guitarhero666759 bollocks. chimps eat meat. true story. ever heard of bloodlust. stop talking shit and learn about the crap you are spouting. i will go and shoot a pig in the face right now and butcher it if i can find one.

  • @tommymonsternz Do you know what you're talking about? How bout someone shoots you in the face and butchers you? In fact how bout someone butchers you alive? It's extremely selfish to cause so much pain to a creature simply to satisfy the tongue, what makes it okay to kill an animal in such a way? you think it's happy when u shoot it? Also instead of cowering behind a gun, try doing it without any weapons or smart tools.

  • @guitarhero666759 don't try an make me justify eating animals. i simply don't give a shit. also i imagine it is more humane to shoot an animal in the face rather than beat an animal to death with my bare hands. do you hate lions? they murder animals all the time. those bastards.

  • @tommymonsternz the point was that you wouldn't be able to catch an animal with your bare hands. No i don't hate lions, they may murder animals on a daily basis, but they don't know any better, nature intended them to be that way, but not humans, we have the evidence that meat is unhealthy, we have the evidence that we're not designed to digest it, and also, majority of us don't like to think about where meat really comes from, a good indication that we're not natural killers.

  • @guitarhero666759 ever seen the nat geo channel. see a baby lion mouth and play with food for a very long time before they become killers. like many humans. snap. first shitty point defeated. and the lions don't know any better thing. jesus christ, that is the most fail arguement ever. are we to tell the lions, hey guys, not cool. go eat some grass. it doesn't make any sense. nature made them how they are and i think nature knows what the fuck it's up to.

  • @tommymonsternz You forget all the evidence showing meat to be unhealthy, plus there's not a lot of evidence to show it's natural either. You're saying the same thing i just said, that's how nature intended Lions to be, so what are u on about?

  • @ncPsychosis also none of what just stated actually proves that we're designed for a diet including meat. nore does it prove that we require meat, as you can see if you do proper research, meat is not healthy, at least for humans, our bodies simply aren't designed to digest it

  • @guitarhero666759 As disgusting as it is,There is nutritional value in meat, and it offers a good source of protein. Okay, "true omnivores" may rip up their meat and eat it raw...but we are a civilized society and do not do that. And all of the diseases you listed are precisly the reason why we cook our meat...raising the internal and external temperature of meat to a certain point can effectively kill bactera and disease. I believe human digestive tracts are linked more closely to a carnivores.

  • @looke888 There's no nutritional monopoly on meat. Protein is in everything, the body only requires 10% of its calories from protein, vegetables are 22% protein. we're a civilized society? what killing and causing great pain to other beings? there's nothing civil about that. cooking meat doesn't kill all the bacteria, that's why it adversely affects our health. Do you know what and how the human digestive system is designed?

  • I'll give you one thing. An ENTIRELY meat diet could cause some damage to the body, however those who eat BOTH vegatables/fruits and meat have the most balanced died, as (I've said this way to many times lately) humans are OMNIVORES which means we are meant to eat BOTH plants and animals.

  • @Evnyofdeath but humans have long intestines, so when we eat any meat, the decaying flesh sticks to the walls of our intestines and can remain there for up to 4-5 days, more than enough time to release deadly toxins into the body. all i see here are people simply saying we're omnivores but not giving any evidence of that, or logical reasoning.

  • @guitarhero666759 We also have the same stomache as most carnivores. That, and cats (which ARE carnivores) have long intestines as well.

And no evidence? The shape of our skulls and the way our jaw muscles are attached. Herbivores have flatter skulls with the jaw muscles attached in the back for more jaw strength while chewing. Humans have round skulls and our jaw muscles aren't attached as far back.

  • @Evnyofdeath actually our stomachs are different in the way that our stomach acids are 20 times weaker than that of carnivores. and okay but what does that actually prove? i can actually feel my jaw right back to my neck. but that doesn't change the fact that my body would be getting an excess of saturated fats being converted to sugars eventually causing diabetes. on top of the excess cholesterol as well.

  • @guitarhero666759 Need something more? Okay then. Two more things.

B12. The most plentiful source of B12 is meat. We NEED B12, yet unlike herbivores, we lack the bacteria in our gut to make it.

Our eyes. Herbivores have eyes set to the side of their head in order to see all around them. Carnivores and Omnivores have eyes set in front for depth perception.

  • @Evnyofdeath cheese, eggs, whey powder. milk and yoghurt and yeast extracts(marmite) all contain plentiful levels of B12, the body only requires 3micrograms of B12.

humans have no claws, a carnivore or omnivores saliva doesn't contain digestive enzymes. Man's, as well as other herbivore's saliva is alkaline, containing carbohydrate digestive enzymes.

  • @guitarhero666759

The dairy and egg industry are also unethical, so anyone who is a vegetarian for ethical reasons should probably be a vegan. So that leaves you with the yeast, which I personally have never tried. I've relied on supplements in rice, soy, and almond milk...not sure how effectively the body takes those supplements in.

why even argue with meat-eaters about whether or nor humans are meant to be omnivores. If vegans/vegetarians can be healthy, our specie's past is irrelevant.

  • @mellamosean yeeah i personally don't eat eggs myself, all though i do still drink milk. You don't really need to supplement for b12, b12 is present where things aren't clean, if you pull a carrot out of the dirt and don't wash it properly there will almost certainly be some b12 in there. The reason i argue that humans aren't designed for meat is because it's the truth, and it's another good reason to switch to vege/vegan, our natural diet. But most meat eaters are too addicted to accept this.

  • @guitarhero666759

No offense, but I'm not risking my health by listening to another anonymous youtuber. I've heard people mention the b12 that exists on vegetables and whatnot (produced by bacteria I believe?), but vegans usually say that it is not sufficient for human needs. If you have a good internet source that will convince me otherwise then I'd be happy to see it. Again, about whether humans are "designed" for meat---if we can prove diet w/o meat is healthy, that's all that matters.

  • @mellamosean You mean vegans actually declare that the b12 in dirty vegetables is not sufficient? wow, i have nothing but respect for Vegans, but even i have to admit that's pretty fucked up. Incidentally, our need for b12 is tiny - 3 micrograms a day, not milligrams, micrograms. The amount of b12 you need for for your entire life is smaller than four grains of rice. So clearly vegans must think our need for b12 is very high. you could probably eat a palmful of cereal and get your b12 needs.

  • @guitarhero666759

Can you provide me with scientifically backed evidence that dirty vegetable b12 is sufficient via a legitimate article from the internet? Otherwise I'll have to weed through all the BS on my own...

  • @Evnyofdeath A carnivore's stomach secretes powerful digestive enzymes with a pH less than or equal to "1" with food in the stomach, for a carnivore or omnivore. For humans or other herbivores, the pH ranges from 4 to 5 with food in the stomach. Hence, man must prepare his meats with laborious cooking or frying methods. E. Coli bacteria, salmonella, campylobacter, trichina worms [parasites] or other pathogens would not survive in the stomach of a lion

  • @guitarhero666759 We learned how to use fire to cook food. Thus we were able to eliminate the bad stuff in meat. Thus evolution didn't have to change our stomaches.

Also, you failed to even respond to the B12 and eye things.

  • @Evnyofdeath yeah but it still rots away in the stomach and then is retained in the intestinal tract for 4-5 days. there's no question that it would release dangerous toxins in that amount of time, no question at all. and actually i have responded to B12, as for eyes, what do our eyes matter? sorry but eyes are quite insignificant compared to things like lack of claws, sharp teeth and stomach acids.

  • @guitarhero666759 "We learned how to use fire to cook food. Thus we were able to eliminate the bad stuff in meat. Thus evolution didn't have to change our stomaches." Yeah. Read more.

And where did you mention B12? I just reread your comments and they don't mention it.

  • @Evnyofdeath well since you can't find it i'll rewrite it, cheese, eggs, whey powder, milk & yoghurt and yeast extracts(marmite) are plentiful sources of B12

  • @guitarhero666759 I did not find that in any of your replies to my comments, so yeah, nice try.

I'll give you cheese, milk, and yogurt, but those were VERY hard to come by (near impossible in some places) in the past. Not sure about Whey powder, eggs though, eggs are unfertilized chicken babies. Yeast extracts...correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it impossible to have extracts of anything during caveman days? Cheese and yogurt as well. And back them people were lactose intolerant

  • @Evnyofdeath okay i know that's a load of shit because i can see it and i just voted it up, so don't try telling me it's not there.

The American Dietetic Association notes that "most of mankind for most of human history has lived on vegetarian or near-vegetarian diets." there's no evidence to suggest our predecessors were meat eaters, just because we assume they were doesn't make it true. because the reality is is that people are getting sick and dying from meat. just look at our weight problem.

  • @Evnyofdeath While some prehistoric peoples hunted animals, that is still a relatively recent development in the long period of human existence. Certainly not long enough for our bodies to have adapted to it from evolution. Here's some evidence: The Maasai in Kenya, who still eat a diet high in wild hunted meats, have the worst life expectancy in the world

  • @guitarhero666759 "a relatively recent" no shit sherlock. However, you ONCE AGAIN fail to respond to the points I brought up. And one group of people, wow, that means a whole lot. Let me guess, they're relativly uneducated as well?

  • @Evnyofdeath and you haven't responded to any of the points i brought up either, like how meat still rots in the intestinal tract for days. also here's another thing, Heart disease is the number one health problem in the United States today, and according to the American Heart Association, it is the single leading cause of death. Most heart disease is diet-related—caused by diets high in animal products.

  • @Evnyofdeath Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, one of the world's most respected nutrition experts, has been able to make patients who were suffering from clogged arteries virtually "heart-attack proof" by putting them on healthy vegetarian diets and getting their cholesterol levels down below 150. The average vegan cholesterol level is about 133, while the average vegetarian cholesterol level is 161. And the average meat-eater's cholesterol level is 210

  • @guitarhero666759 ...You seem to be operating under the impression there are only Vegetarians and Carnivores. How many times does the term "Omnivore" have to be used before people get it in their heads its possible to eat both meat and plants and be healthy? I do, I'm healthy. I enjoy both meat and fruits and veggies equally.

  • @guitarhero666759 And again, you completely ignore the points I bring up and try to sidetrack me with statistics. Respond to my points if you're gonna comment.

  • @Evnyofdeath what points? and sorry but, the word omnivore doesn't really make a difference here, diabetes is growing at a shocking rate, it's caused primarily by fats smothering the healthy red blood cells, when the cells can't uptake nutrients and oxygen the pancreatic function starts to be impaired and sugar starts to elevate in the blood. there are excessive amounts of saturated fats in animal meat.

  • @guitarhero666759 I know about diabetes and sat fat. That simply means people eat to much meat. There is something called a BALANCED diet. I do my best to eat a balanced diet, and in my case, that balance includes meat. Even though I eat meat, because I eat fruits and veggies as well, I am healthy. I eat meat, but not only meat.

And yes, I was very repetative there because I'm trying to get something through.

You can't blame every problem on meat, because it doesn't cause it all.

  • @Evnyofdeath mate, meat is dead corpses, how is that good for you? explain, what is the need?

  • @guitarhero666759 Meat is muscle tissue, not a corpse. Yes, meat is TAKEN from a corpse, but it isn't the corpse itself, and as long as its handled properly, it isn't deadly. And I've already explained the need. B12. Pretty much every source of B12 you gave me earlier was unavailbe to prehistoric man for one reason or another.

  • @Evnyofdeath B12 isn't made by animals it's made by bacteria, It's found where things are unclean. (And meat is dirty.) This easily explains why historically it's been easy to get B12, because until recently we didn't live in a sanitized environment.Pull a carrot out of the ground and don't wash it properly, and there's almost certainly some B12 there. Incidentally, our need for B12 is tiny, 3 micograms a day.The amount of B12 you need for your entire life is smaller than four grains of rice.

  • @guitarhero666759 Fine. Meat isn't necessary. Explain why non meat eaters need to take supplements?

  • @Evnyofdeath supplements for what?

  • @guitarhero666759 I never actually asked. My Biology teacher was a vegetarian (though seemingly, not for the same reason as you) and had to take supplements for certains nutriants.

  • @Evnyofdeath lol why do you think i'm vegetarian? it's not just health reasons, but it seems like you can't argue ethics with people these days because killings animals being unethical is just something they can't comprehend.

well even meat eaters have to supplement, for some people it's a genetic problem. But non meat eaters don't need to supplement nutrients. for instance the protein myth, the body only needs 2.5-10% calories from protein. fruits have 6.7% protein, vegetables 22%.

  • @guitarhero666759 ethics are a figment of your imagination, nothing more than amino acids polarizing in your brain. It's funny how you say people can't comprehend ethics anymore, even though ethics are purely imaginative and subjective...so basically, they can't comprehend (accept) your point of views and your ethical standards?

  • @ncPsychosis oh i'm sorry should we follow your standard of ethics? involving animals being tortured and slaughtered, i guess you won't mind if someone cuts you up and eats you, or would u rather have the privelage to kill others and not be killed yourself? you are the same as everyone here mate, you still think with ethics, emotions like pain, pleasure, fear and sorrow. We have ethics for a reason, to prevent bad behavior. Discard all ethics and morals and you'll have chaos.

  • @guitarhero666759 thats a fairly dum arguement. go nuts, eat me when i'm dead. i couldnt give a shit...im dead. just because disagree on one ethical view point doesnt mean meat eaters run around raping children, murdering people and living in chaos. stop being such an extremeist. think and argue with some degree of logic.

  • @tommymonsternz how's it a dumb argument? he was basically saying ethics aren't important and just our imagination, but just imagine a world without ethics or morals. And what's your argument? How bout someone kill all your friends and family and then eat them, see how u like it.

  • @guitarhero666759 if someone attempted that i would shoot them in face, easy.

  • @Evnyofdeath so you'll get your protein requirements easily as long as you eat food haha

  • @guitarhero666759 That...wasn't a reply to what I said at all.

  • @Evnyofdeath well technically speaking it was, because i responded with a message. but like i already said, vegetarians don't have to supplement nutrients.

  • BACON!

  • Animals are meant to be eaten vegetarians just like to be proud they have no muscles.

  • @Smellmenoweww okay perhaps you'd like to show us your big bulging muscles?

  • @guitarhero666759 I got muscle not bulging but muscle and i can take vegetarians vegitables give u other stuff but you need meat to get muscle. Except for vitamins which are meat they just lie to you.

  • @Smellmenoweww and where's your evidence for that?
