My grate grandfather died for singing to god. the Japanese I do not hold it against, He died in Glory and faith, thanks why this video means alot to me

My Grate grandfather was Put to death in the Philippines, he was a prisoner of war, and when his fellow men were down and feeling that they would never get free, he stood up and started getting the men to song of praise to God.

The Japanese told his to stop, but he did not listen, his heart was to god. He was killed by the Japanese infront of his men by one of the most horrific deaths.

Though I am not a Christian, this video brought tears to my eyes. To know that people have suffered and still do suffer because of the beliefs they hold just makes me so sad... :-( And even though I don't believe in any of what Christians believe, I cannot help but admire that man, and people like him, who refuse to cave in no matter what.
