Park is the EPITOME of underrated. Technically he is above average at best. But he is excellent mentally and tactically. Fergie said he has never seen a player with a better understanding of space than Park. Park's strong points is his ability to read the game, fantastic work rate, tactical acumen and positional versatility. Pretty good passing range too. The fact that he plays most of United's big matches and plays an important part at that, says a lot abt him. Park - The ULTIMATE team player.

Training for vision - can include reaction times, response to a visual stimuli,eg, a light goes on and u have to react to the light, working on peripheral vision, etc.

Mental Training - can include visualisation, positive thinking, mental preparing, meditation, etc.

Just because you're in a gym doesn't mean you're just lifting weights. Top facilities have areas for different types of training. Hell, even my local gym have a meditation room.
