1 hit from the ball = 800 lbs. of force (average weight of one grand piano)

4 MMA fighters (each fighter hits with 800 lbs. of force)

5 "rounds" the running back must run through the gauntlet (each fighter gets 1 hit per round)

Equation: 4 (fighters) X 5 (rounds)= 20.

The video meant after the 5 passes through the gauntlet the rb went through that much force.
