i wanna play as snake on this but everytime i start a new game it makes me play as raiden. ( no i don't hat raiden he is ok but i prefer snake as a playable character) how do i get to play as him??

You can´t play as Snake in MGS2, except for the tanker.

In this game Raiden is the protagonist, sadly.

And the subtitles are in German because it´s the German version of the game, because German is my native language. :P

idk well ive never played mgs 2 or 3 so i thought snakes voice sounded weird because his voice is still being done with david hayter but his voice sounds different than it did in mgs1

It´s been so long since I played MGS1, probably his voice is different.

Maybe because the sound quality is way better on the Ps2 than on the Ps1? Dunno seriously, sorry.
