"C........O.......O.......L.........." (skateboard. backpack on suit even for the show). There is a cafe in old Quebec City in Quebec. They sells only many kinds of Crepe and coffee. Best ever....

I'm impressed that I got the kids with the skateboard to trust me and take my picture and give me back the camera. I must be good. I did not speak their language, and I was a lot older than they were, like 3x their age. I must have been persuasive.

Oh, I think you're probably a decent person, and that translates without need of the spoken word. Those kids saw that in you. I've handed more than one camera to strangers in this life for similar purpose, and nobody has ever run off with one ... knock on wood.

I suppose you're right. Plus, there was little chance I'd run off with their skateboard. Well, not at a speed that would let me get away.

Nothing like seeing art in the flesh..er, you know what I mean.
Specially the murals he did in the municipal house. STUNNING!! Literally breathtaking.

I have a sore throat ... probably from being out at a kid's lacrosse game when it was too cold and I got sicker ... mild laryngitis.
No, I haven't skateboarded since I was 15. I can't do Ollies. Somewhere there is ancient 8mm film of my lame skateboarding skillz in Dogtown.
