This guy, Arpaio doesn't seem to know what he's talking about.
I'm not an expert in law but I do know that what Arpaio is stating is incorrect.
Arpaio needs to check his statements with attorneys. Not his own ( I understand that his guys are YES men) the fact checking should be done by some one that's not afraid of telling the truth.
