The Mestre is very fluid, but he does move rather stiffly when not doing acrobatic moves. I think that his movements are very beautiful, however. The music is tight, also! Does anybody know where I might be able to download this song.

No he is maintaining good posture and he is keepign his abs in a relaxed tension, which allows you to transition quicker. He is not stiff IMHO;
