because it's been 25 years. Besides, this video has a higher audio (by mistake) and in this tour they play with lower-tuned guitars

I was there! There was an airport nearby (probably still is!) and earlier in the day (when it was daylight and Van Halen were on stage) these huge jets were flying very low overhead and you couldn't hear them!
