In Israel the disabled and disruptive go into institutions.
The Child Welfare Officers, bless their hearts, get a premium on every child they place in those institutions because the kids generate 6000-16000 NIS per month plus keep the whole slew of professional loving do-gooders employed.
There isn't much I could say that would be of any use, aside of Thanks for Presenting this. It seems that however bad things get, they always seem to be able to get worse. I myself posted a documentary on Child Slavery some time back, for months it had less than 40 viewers. Later I posted a video on the plane landing in the Hudson River, and within 24 hours it had more than 40.000 viewers. That these things happen is terrible, but that the General Public is not concerned is disgusting. Thanks R
Discussing Geopolitricks is a sinch for me, compared to discussing the torture of children.
I even have trouble exposing the "milder" stuff - like the case of Maughan Wellham, a 10yo athlete who entered a harmless event - the Australian media plastered images of her which were photoshoped - and had subliminals like "sexy legs" placed on them - across the country. They then had the audacity to accuse the parents of abusing her and exploiting her!

what you have described her is not abuse, it's more like torture to my way of thinking. You should try to get one of the local television stations to do a investigative report on it. It needs to reach a wider audience to get a public out cry against these places.

Israeli Child Protection sounds like it's been corrupted by adoption agencies and care homes for big money.
Unfortunately, I've seen this here.
Campaigners have recently managed to stop UK forced adoption "bonus" payments. Some councils were getting £2 million each.
Some care homes charge 4 times the private of ETON. It always comes back to money.
