@suensmith Anyone who is learned enough will understand your frustration. Because people choose leaders based on their talk, and behavior JUST PRIOR to elections, then they are bound to choose wrongly sometimes. But a journalist digging up stuff about the contestants can provide the constituents with knowledge to use in their voting. It also provides fodder for opponents to pick it up and use it to effectively lock out the evil guys... but I wonder why Kenya's media does not do these things
All the thugs have converged on Juja - what gives? Did they discover oil in this place? Francis Gaitho seems well spoken and young - he might be the future of the region.
The voters in Thika should not vote for people like kabogo,Thuo,etc...they are just rich for nothing..wanting to continue to milk your money..next is your blood!..better vote for lady Alice..or Gaitho!.
@siasabora Me too. lol, we think a like siasa. The fact that Peter Kenneth is endorsing her shows that she is good. I do not support anyone supported by Uhuru and Kabogo is a thug.
@drsugarcane i agree with you. the way they do it in developed countries. Media should help us here by asking this guys questions in a debate. Especially when such rich people claim they can take care of the poor. They really need to prove it by answering wananchi's Qs.
@mdomokaya1 But what I find most UNFORGIVABLE about these media reporters is the complete absence of digging up past and present records of these guys... I mean why should a journalist settle in the comfortable position of "reporter", just a mouthpiece for these people as if they are some CNN Ireporter? Why not tell us things like: education level, development record, past statements that speak of the contestants records, past affiliations, etc.. etc.. is it asking too much of a journalist??
