@aszvalb Hahaha, what did Israel achieve during the war? It wanted to get back the captivated soldiers, make a 15km safety buffer zone, completely dismantle Hezbollah, and they achieved 0 of it. A war is a war obviously there will be damage, at least we didn't cry and run away like sheep. From the pictures I saw I only saw baby crying Israelis, now I guess you interpret this as victory!! How about all the Merkava tanks that were destroyed, VICTORY??

@Claviale Only 5 tanks were destroyed and two by mines. And we whooped there ass in every single ground engagement thats why they lost 500, and we lost 120(30 not in combat)

not less than 25 tanks were destroyed / made funktionless , u lost more than 300 soldiers .. we lost 1400 civilians .. the reason why hezbollah bombed randomly was that they didnt have the the tools .. which changed long ago .. and the most important point is . israels goals were destroying hezbollah ( hahah ) and infiltraiting , u didnt eaven enter 200 meters , and hezbollah wasnt effected 1 percent and held their positions 33 days

The mere mention that now in Israel an army general is trying to reassure his people by saying we have good confidence that Hezbollah will not be able to take back the Gallile from us shows that the rules of the game have changed and this IS A DEFEAT. The fact that you were trembled in your villages and towns is your defeat, the fact that you didn't achieve any of your objectives for having begun that war is a defeat. The fact that all your interior governmental system and your army division composition was changed after the war is your defeat. In the past for Israelies the dilema was always should Israel go into such region, will Israel get into whatever region, it's not like that today.

Finally all this to say that in a 33 day war with all your tremendous weaponry and advancement warfare tactics, you were not able to take one town, take for example this town where they are filming all this destruction, you were not able to withstand hours in that region in Lebanon and that is your defeat. The fact that we've changed the world's perception about you capabilities is your defeat.

I will not deny that the cowardly destruction Israel engaged itself in caused a tremendous destruction to Lebanon, much greater than that of Israel's. There was 270 000 bombs dropped on Lebanon in 33 days and thousands of those bombs were cluster bombs which themselves hold up to a million bomblets which up to today unexploded bombs amputate women and children.

Notice how Nasrallah, in all his speeches, never refers to his enemy as "jews". He always refers to them as Israel or zionists. This is an important distinction that needs to be made.
