Great video and photo's, when did you get interested in birds? As a kid my family called me "The Bird Man from Oak Cliff". I would do research, did drawing. This was my escape from the real world when I was young. I even help mothered some baby sparrows teaching them how to fly. Right now my wife works from home and I have a home base business so I created bird feeders around the windows of our home so as we are working we can take breaks and watch natural. Very cool.

This is one of many birds that I am lucky to have as friends.

I love them all but Shrikey is the longest stayer and I have a strong bond with him.

@buglover3599 About two months sitting outside EVERY DAY for about 2-3 hours :) i used walnuts chopped into pea size pieces

when i go to my park next to my house i sit down with an apple and im swamped by birds. mostly lorrikeets, wattle birds, willy wagtails, galahs and sometimes honeyeaters. ive been doing it for two years now every few days so the local birds know me haha

i once had this bee that would come to my kitchen door , i'd open and have a plate of honey . and it would eat it , and then it would buzz in circles around me and leave . i felt so special .
