  • The US should make a clause in the ruling that only allows the state of Israel to purchase F-22's.

  • @hangmangers

The Raptor is a great plane, will control the skies for the next 20 years. But the F35 Lightning has almost all of the features (not quite as fast or can turn as sharp) but is more flexible as a strike force fighter for both air and ground support. Its a good plane, the only plane in the world today that can give the F22 a good fight. I actually like the electronics in the F35 better than the F22 (from what little I know) looking at the screens. Israel has them, will get over 100.

  • @hangmangers

Another point, Israel's F35 cost a whole lot more than anyone in the world's F35. And its not because Israel got screwed on the deal. Also remember whose flying them. Those guys are the very cream-of-the-crop of that nation. They had no options, no other choice, they were the best and brightest, and Israel needs the best and brightest fighting over Israel. At the end of the day, the F35 will do the job, and the best trained and experienced pilots in the world, will protect Israel.

  • usa is the greatest naiton in world so no disrespect but in the last dog fight battle betwin the 2 israel won 60:01 ratio

  • As for Israeli Air Force itself? Somebody get these guys their F-35s already... or let them buy some Raptors... once we work the bugs out of them. Only other air force out there truly worthy of them.

    IAF rocks.

  • "The era of the dogfight is over" That guy is SO wrong, and every time Israel goes to war, they tend to prove that wrong as well. Just because you can fire a missile at long range doesn't mean it will hit its target. Its still critical to know ACM (Air combat maneuvering), and it was believed dogfighting was done and over with back in Vietnam... Notice how they ended up putting a gun back onto F-4s later in the war, and on all aircraft now.

Dogfighting is on its way back anyway.

  • they won`t lose!

  • India-Israel partners in peace and war

  • @dt5781

    Well said. I agree.

  • go israel!!

  • @nturzhu12

They are good at what they do. And if not, they don't do it. Dollar for dollar, pound for pound they are the best!

  • @DPMosteller i fucking love you! I was born in israel in haifa when the rocket attacks were luanched against israel. i now live in the us, but i love israel! god bless the jewish people

  • @716Jackass

You haven't seen anything. I have two pages on Israel IDF and Israel Cool Facts on Defending Your Faith . com I would be living there now if I could have qualified for the IDF but it ended up that I don't have enough Jewish heritage to qualify. But the day they really get into it, I plan to fly over, but a Tavor TAR-21 assault rifle and help any way I can. I love Israel!

  • I wish israel was a US state.

  • @BIRDDOG551

I never thought of that, but now that you mention it, I do too. They would be safer, and the US would be stronger. Well said, thanks.

  • @DPMosteller Your welcome I don't think there is a country with which America has more in common with than Israel. In a manner of speaking they have been a buffer that has taken much of the heat that would without Israels existence eventually find us more than it already has.

  • @BIRDDOG551

Yes. They are the little Satan, and we are the big Satan in the eyes of much of the world. They are also a great testing ground for all of our weapon systems. We design and develop them, they actually use them. We supplied the material for their ultimate defense project, and they supplied us with much of the hardware and software expertise to develop our computer industry.

I love Israel. I was going to move to Israel if I could join the IDF, but couldn't qualify as Jewish enough.

  • @DPMosteller Same here Im an Marine Vet and if there was any other country I would join it be the IDF. The only reason I would of ever joined is simply due to the fact that one person makes more of a difference in the IDF. Also they are the most demonized country on the planet, and with this administration friendless.

  • @BIRDDOG551

You sound like me. I was Navy. And you're right, one man in the IDF does mean more to them. They make the most of what they have. In 1948 they had 1 tank and 5 pieces of artillery and some other leftovers from WWII and won. Have always thought that if they were attacked and it was serious, I'd have to jump on a plane and get over there and buy my own Tavor and help out. Would rather die there, than die here of old age under ObamaCare.

  • @DPMosteller The way ObamaCare is structured that be sooner than one might think. Did you know that he is trying to cut VA benefits? Ironic that he wishes to impose health care on the entire nation when one of the only cuts he makes is on a similar system. Sometimes I think this country is mad I wouldn't mind budget cuts even those in national defense if they were done in a logical manner. Healthcare for that manner can be done easily no one saying that its not expensive, but a quick fix would

  • @DPMosteller be to make an annual 2,000 dollar duductible for all government workers. This would be affordable, but ensure they shop around for prices. This would ensure competition and the lowering of prices within the medical field for all American citizens. Easy fix and its within the laws of capitalism the only effective economic system. In political debates such as these I sort of wish I did stay in the service far less complicated and my fellow serviceman never let me down wish that could

  • @BIRDDOG551

I agree with everything you said! And do I kind of miss my 50 sometimes, it ran really well for a 50 till it was too hot, and nobody around me ever let me down either, except for an officer about a 24 hr leave when I had the duty once. It was simple. The Presidency in this country will never be the same again. Anyone can be President from now on, no matter what stripe, or flavor, no matter how inexperienced, or unqualified, or unrealistic. Very sad. I fear for my children's future.

  • @DPMosteller Hopefully we get an individual that understands why our country became such an economic powerhouse. Their are distinct positive differences between our culture and say that of europe. Prodominately a distrust for big government which honestly the only way in which freedom is assured, and the drive to excel individually rather than have the government tuck you in at night. Its this ability to become prosperous through hopefully a low tax rate that we can assure economic stability.

  • @DPMosteller But to get there is to require a balanced budget or more importantly a surplus. With the current 3.7 trillion dollar budget when the federal government recieves 2.4 annually that is impossible. Obama has his own agenda with a stimulus that only gives the facade of economic growth that inevitably comes back to haunt you. The only real way we will see a reversal is if people start speaking out and mass numbers. We need to do what schools won't and that is educate.

  • @BIRDDOG551

You really need a larger forum, or should be teaching if you're not already. Actually, a syndicated column would be best. You would have my support and readership.

  • @DPMosteller Thank you. The problem is I lack the time with a mixture of both a full time job and full time college scheldule. I do debate every chance I get even among my professors who usually try to force or persuade their idealogy which most often is far left. This might change through time as many of the students are veterans making up for lost time and most doing exceedingly well.

  • I'm glad to see a video that gives Israel the credit it deserves. The media constantly finds fault with the Israeli military and the number of civilians that are killed. I find more fault with the terrorists that hide among the civilians, yet the media lays it all at the feet of the military.

  • @synapflux

I really agree with you. Well said.

  • Israel has the best airforce ever. The only rival would be the german airforce of ww2, but they got beaten.

  • @diadorim1234 by america's air force

  • These guys are THE BEST OF THE BEST you can find world wide

  • @MadMax82043

    You're right, they are.

  • Israeli Air Force is the best in the world ! God bless Israel & USA !!!

  • @orianlior18

    I agree!

  • @orianlior18 Amen!

  • Kol HaKavod LeZahal and the IAF!!!

  • IAF = best of the best!

  • @jamiegirl27

I agree. They are literally fighting over their homes and their homeland. That provides more incentive not to fail. All Israel depends on them. They are the best.

  • Hell Yeahhh.....GO ISRAEL.....!!!!!
