I have a 05 Acura mdx 0-60 7.6 sec it's the fastest v6 suv out there I raced so much people and never lost I beat  a tl off a roll! of the line suv it's heavy but when vtec is on see ya!! And I beat Audi 1.8t manual and civic si and dodge Durango v8 and Mazda 3 2.3L and BMW 3 series 2002

You people are morons. Both of the new gen suv's are great but they're meant for totally different purposes. mdx is great off road & on. Where the fx is just great on road. Imo the interior is much more well desinged in the mdx than the fx. The fx has some really great features that the mdx doesnt.However, most importantly, the mdx can carry 7-8 passengers vs the 5 in the fx.

btw acura mesaure hp to the wheels unlike most auto companies. It depends on what you in the market for. Both are great.

The mdx has 300 hp. 0-60 in 6 seconds. The Infiniti fx 35 has 275 hp And 0-60 in 6.5 seconds. The mdx obviously outperformed the infinity V6 suv.

I'm not going to bring the 45 into the equation because it's fair to compare like for like ! Say what you want. VTEC wins !!!

The older gen Mdx's cannot keep up with the older Gen fx's The newer gen mdx's cannot keep up with the New gen FX's and Ive proven it I own an fx35 my cousin has a 03 Mdx I MURDER HIM in races.. ive even bin able to beat the new Mdx so shut the fuck up.. what does Acura have out there that can beat the BIG boy..Fx45..

Why is everyone comparing the FX and MDX? They have different purpose and different backgrounds. MDX is based on the same platform as the Honda Odyssey/Pilot which are modified platforms based off the american Honda Accord. Where as the FX series is based off of the FM-Platform aka: Nissan 350z. No competing a lifted sports car vs a lifted family sedan.

HIDs were not offered in the US until the second generation MDX. Projectors were added during the refresh, but not HID.

you probably could if you talked to your body shop but you will also need the 04 bumper with the dual cut outs. it's not going to be cheap

No; 2002 has 240 hp; 2003 got an upgrade to 260 hp; then they upped it again to 265 in 2005 with the dual exhaust.

the 03 mdx had 240 hp...the 05 is when they started have 260....i owned and 03 and i now own an 05
