State college has one of the slowest settings in the whole country. I guess they like it slow.

State college does have one of the slowest settings in the country, but it used to be alot faster, they changed it to this one sometime in late 2004, I can remember how it used to be, it was a lot faster than this one.

I was visiting a relative in Lebanon county when this warning was issued all his weather radios went off

yea and yesterday there was a severe thunderstorm warning with rotation and it said where the strongest rotation was. Before it would only say DOPPLAR RADAR HAS INDICATED SOME WEAK ROTATION WITHIN THIS STORM. WHILE NOT IMMEDIATLY LIKELY, A TORNADO MAY STILL DEVELOP. IF A TORNADO IS SPOTTED... But there was not a warning with those. Thought I would pass that by and if they read it up there at CTP they could see that we noticed a difference along with saying harrisburg pa for the climate summery.
