Reznov is indeed in black ops, in this level you play as petrenko, also know as "'dimitri'. in the level 'Project Nova' (which is a level set in ww2) in Black Ops you will see them both agian fighting side by side as you play as reznov. Its pretty cool how treyarch intertwinded these charecters in the two games especially since there in different time periods

the resolution is 640 x 480, and everything else is either turned off or down to the lowest setting.
