  • Yeah, let me know if you figure it out. I just tried putting a mesh and loading the texture on that. Everything works fine in the previewer but when it's launched for testing on the device the textures are black.

  • compressed it by 90%. No dice. Since UDK is always a bit bugy i'm going to create a mesh in Max real quick and see if placing it on a static mesh makes a difference

  • @hangman057 Have you tried heavily compressing it in the bink and smacker tools, say like 50%......

  • I watched what you did for the girl jumping next to the car and the channel change vids. Then I launched it to ipad2 for a test and the movie textures just appear black. When I played it in UDK it works fine but testing on the iPad itself yeilded no results. Just a black texture(or missing texture?).

  • Awesome tut but doesn't seem to work in mobile device. It works on the previewer in UDK but wont work on a deployed device. Even when you put the bink texture in the mobile base material slot
