  • I HATE THIS FUCKIN INDIAN VOICE

  • use avast or avg or eset

  • @lance2232

eset is the most powerful of the 3, but it's not free.

avast is the most powerful free antivirus I've ever seen.

  • all try superantispyware

  • i used to have it on my old pc than i deleted my computer user and made a new 1 anti spyware never ran again but than i scanned my pc with antivirus and antispyware 2009 was found and removed wierd lol!

  • Following this saved my pc !!!

it just kept telling me I need to pay for the full version due to all the threats - all bull.

    Thanks friend !

  • Srajure, My computer got this crap too, I unplugged my computer for a little over a week, and when I plugged it in again an turned it on the pop-ups just stopped all of a sudden and have not been bothered by this since. Should I still be worried?

  • oh and also, there's something that blocks everything i wanna download from the internet :/

  • hey, i still got a problem after doing all that you said in this vid. i also ran the malwarebytes bla bla program and it only finds some crap viruses, not that ms thingy :| and i still get that idiot pop-ups and a red circle with a white X on it that keeps blinking you have a security problem! :||| what should i do next? :|

  • see john j's answer (second in sequence) from yahoo answers- "how do i get rid of ms anti-spyware"- which advises performing a system restore to reset your computer to a period before the pesky thing took over- very simple and quick, also no cost process- best of all it worked -and no files lost. resetting the computer to about 2 days or so before will do.

  • My moms work laptop got something like this but im not sure if it was ms? but it was spyware 2009 or something like that.

  • Thanks a lot this helped me remove antispyware 2009 from my friends computer - Greatly appreciated!

  • anyone else who finds this whole MS ANTI-SPY WARE and REMOVER business fishy please contact me- my computer "contracted" it hours ago and the all too handy solution to it on google does not seem to stand up on close scrutiny. its good to compare notes

  • ok i did all you told me to do. i ran a program called Anti-Malware which removed the anying task bar pop up saying there was a security problem and stoped the pop ups from poping up more frequently. you cant even notice that its there untill it pops up saying its scanning every 15 or so min. any advice? :[

  • that means there are still some virus files. Look in the Windows startup, in the task manager for any doubtful filename, particularly a random filename. Installing and running CCleaner would be useful (run the Cleaner and Registry menus in it)

  • i dont get it. just randomly i turned my computer on and mcafee poped up with Trojan detected and removed and then 1or2 min later the pop ups and the "security warning" sign stoped poping up. do u think there still is a virus?

  • the antivirus programs do not detect rogue applications, you have to remove them manually. However you can try a software called "Malwarebytes Antimalware", it has a free edition available

  • yeah. i did that. and when it finished scanning it said nothing was found and the stuff was popping up still.

  • thax alot

  • woah, thanks alot! subscribed!

i mean no offence, but a few more texts would be helpful, i found it a little hard to understand you at times. thanks alot 5/5

  • Thank you, everything working again now for me.

  • Thank you for taking the time to put this video together and for helping me get rid of this evil program ;-) You are awesome!

  • you can't just use macafee to sweep or is macafee just trash

  • i got this crap from a cable subcontractor

    thankyou

  • Malware isnt actually executing on my computer... i've no idea why!!

  • The latest trojans will prevent Anti-Malware from installing or executing. You need to download Combofix and save it to your desktop under a different name. Disable your antivirus, run Combofix, then you can install and run Anti-Malware.

  • Cheers man! it worked... what a nobbish virus that was... I hope the person who created it is satisfied!! havent they got anything else do to?

  • Everyone I know seems to be getting this damned virus. It's a pain in the ass and an occasional nightmare to remove. One version even locked up parts of the registry to prevent AVG from being installed!

  • even Avg wont get rid of it it want go away on mine i cant delete it

  • My computer open like 2000 files that were infected when I ran the search. Should I delete all of them ?

  • Download MalwareBytes AntiMalware to remove Lots of Malware or rouge anti-virus/spyware

  • it won't be right to tell what must be running, without knowing what is already running on your computer. If you send me a screenshot of the startup window, i can tell you that

  • yo srajure i'm going through the startup configirstion but i'm unsure what programs to take off to stop it from starting up when i boot windows.I will like to know what programs must be runing to start windows so i could know what i could safly remove from the star up of windows.I just want to appreciate your patients and say thanks for helping me out so far bless.

  • Is there a way to track down the people responsible for this so we can castrate them? Seriously, why isn't this stuff considered a serious crime? People should be in prison for this stuff.

  • the problem is that these people operate globally, and until now there is no single law which is aggreed upon by the entire world

  • Srajure,i have downloaded and install both Malware Bytes Anti-Malware and Avast and they both have found and deleted all the adwares and spywares viruses its just the malware antimalware still has them in the quaratine but if i search there arnt any more but i still get a message saying "You have a security Problem! Do you want to scan your computer for viruses" this message is so s=announig and also a internet explo window opens is this posible to completly come off Pleassssse HELP!!!!!!

  • that malware creates files and folders with random names which won't get detected by any security application. open th msconfig utility and look in the startup tab, and uncheck any random entries from there, also note them down and search for them on the hard disk and delete them if found

  • Having an anti-virus program is like having the government protect you, if you have no problems they will create one and when they solve the problem you will be very grateful.

Its been over 6 years since I had one of those infectious programs controlling my PC.

  • Srajure i dowloaded and installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program and quick scaned and picked up alot of Adware,Trojan,Trojan fake alerts and Rogues and the program has sucessfully sent them to the Quarantine but there are also some Registry Keys that have been afected and are sent to the Quarantine, do i delete them all or is it safe to leave them in the Quarantine??? And 1 more thing do i have to delete every Blue register in the registry but i must say theres a lot Please Help me ASAP

  • I used: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware they work to get rid of the virus, but combofix is probably the best. Some of the symptoms of this virus are: the virus makes folder options disabled the virus makes regedit disabled the virus prevents installing proper anti virus the virus creates TMP files as hidden files in Windows folder the virus redirects you to different sites, when on a search engine. The virus slows down your computer Thanks for help, also.
  • Hi, you've been a big help, but I can't get to some of the websites that you've listed, like Avast. Anything you can do to help? Much appreciate ^_^

  • it is possible that the virus prevents some sites to be visited. check the Hosts file and see if it has been altered, also see the link at the top right for detailed info

  • how do you check/find the hosts file on a computer using windows xp?

  • open the following file in notepad

    C:\ WINDOWS \system32 \drivers \etc \hosts

    remove anything except 127.0.0.1 Localhost

save the file and close it

  • at first i got all the way to etc, which had no files in it. then i tried again later, and couldn't even find system32. i have been doing everything that you say, but i'm still infected. i don't know what to do.

  • probably you have not enbled to view hidden files and folders. The article at the top right has all the instructions

  • I hate being guest!! i cant run "VundoFix tool, smitFraudFix tool, and Malwarebytes Antimalware." it's ticking me off

  • it can happen, because the virus prevents them from running. Install Avast Home Edition Antivirus, and choose a Boot scan during installation, then restart the computer. At the boot scan it will prompt to delete the virus, do so till all the viruses are gone. Of course I assume that you will be able to install Avast Free home Edition Antivirus on your computer. Try it, tell me if it works

  • hey man somethin similar happened to me and i found out it was like left over virus and i went and got this malwarebytes thing and it got rid of everything plus its free!

  • hey um..... i got rid of it but it made 7 svchost running at the same time and whenever i use the internet on the computer every know again the page cannot be displayed after i open like 5 pages and i dont know how 2 fix it please help me !

  • run VundoFix tool, smitFraudFix tool, and Malwarebytes Antimalware, they are all free

  • It has been in my com 5 days Could it do wrong in my com?

  • please use one of the messengers listed on the channel's homepage to ask questions

  • my dad downloaded this and messed up my pc thx for the help.

  • haha exact same thing happened to me, im trying to remove right now

  • The best time to scan your pc, is as soon as you realize that you got the virus. At this point, you should disconnect from internet, in case the virus rogue updates itself to download more viruses, or in case the virus changes internet browser settings. After scanning once goto safe mode and scan again the whole pc, using all of these:

    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

    SUPERAntiSpyware

    ComboFix

    SmitFraud

    Avast

Some detect viruses better than others, so best to use all of them.

  • I downloaded MS Antispyware 2009 to my virtual pc. Nice. I cleared it out with malwarebytes

  • dare, I'd ask you what's the ms antispyware?

pardon my quesion, i'm a beginner.

  • it is a fake software pretending to be an antispyware, asks you to buy its full version, which is non existent

  • so,, there is no need to use it,,, THANK you.

  • not only you should not use it, but you should immediatly remove it, as it is harmful for your computer (the fake/rogue ms antispyware)

  • I must or should????

    and what kind of harm???

  • it can download more viruses on your computer

  • I'd ask you how can I remove it????

  • please use one of the messengers listed on the channel's homepage to ask questions

  • nice guide, it helped me a lot!
