Hi Scott, I have one of these and I'm just wondering which type of Pass through I need because I bought an E-CIGCITY PASSTHROUGH but it doesn't make contact with the Smok. Do I need the Elite version? Also I noticed that when you attached the Smok to your battery it doesn't have the rim of the battery showing. Am I using the wrong battery or is there a clip on cover that i need to buy?

these will only fit onto a Ego style battery such as the Ego, Rive, Tornado, T-Rex etc etc.......but you can make them fit onto your pass thru if you purchase a 510 - 510 adapter. the adapters can be found quite easily and only cost around £2 - £3
I traded up to one of the TW tornados this week and got thier version of this (low res dual coil) and now wish to marry it and have lots of babies ;)
I'm pretty bad for having my ecigs glued to my hand when I'm home and with this setup I get all day vaping from 1 charge + one refill :)
I've been getting ry4 juice from greenhouseone (via china) takes a week or so to arrive but I just got 3 months worth for about 40 quid :o Consider me converted for life ;)
Great review Scott! I'm enjoying these cartos. I use them on a ProVari and on a Tornado. Yes, I've noticed a marked difference in flavor on these. Even more so than the difference you get between, say, a tank and a 510 atty. I like some of my flavors more in these, and others I like better in the Tank, a clearo, or a dual coil XL. Just depends on the flavor in question. Keep up the good work!
great review as always mate, 100% agree with everything you say on these mate, 3.5ml is a definite max and they do change the flavour, the only liquid i vape is tw red label menthol and it dont taste like it in these, it aint bad cos ive been using these cartos for about 3 weeks now, but now and again i have to back to an atty to get that flavour back.
Hey Scott, I'm a bit confused about the connection - you said it's a 510 but it doesn't look like any that I have - I'm guessing this won't screw onto a Prodigy? Have you tried these cartos at 6v? The Boge cope OK but I'm a bit wary of these plasticky ones! Cheers, Paul
@justpoo ya like Scott said, it's the raised 510 connection that the ego/riva/tornado's have... HOWEVER! there are small adapters you can get that screw into a mod with a sunken 510 connection that will allow you to use these "ego mega" cartos/atties. -
I will get one, im tired of dripping ... i want something that can last me a bit. I have an ego so this should be good. When you said the taste is different.. does it like dampen the sweetness of a flavor?
the "buzz" you get from a cigarette is actually caused by the 4000 chemicals rather than the nicotine........as e-cigs dont have those chemicals you dont experience that buzz as such, but you do get all the relaxed sensation and satisfaction of having your nicotine cravings taken care off :D

it is a 510 connection, but its designed for a Riva, Ego, Tornado etc etc that use a 510 connection
and no, ive not tried them at any voltage other than the standard voltage from an Ego battery
