snowshoe is amazing best place out of the four i think that are in that area but the last time went which was last year it was kind of icy was it with you guys? i think im going to go again over christmas break

@ESbTV we just went this past weekend for opening weekend and the conditions were awesome! they've been getting a lot of snow lately and they have more forecasted so conditions around christmas should be great.

not to be the only negitive coment but ive only snowboarded 6 times last year and i did more at massanutten/massanuthing those six times than u guys did in the vid, and im going to snowshoe for christmas for the first time this christmas ill try and make a video for a responce

@samf12345 i see. it is much better. better than any other place in the east unless you go to vermont. have you watched my "season of epic proportion 1-4" videos? those are the most recent ones from last season. most of the people that go with me it's pretty much their first time snowboarding. but i've been going a few years now.

i live in lewISBURG AND that year we got 33 feet of snow in 15 hours on december 19 snow was soo deep i couldnt snowboard i have a vid of the snow

it was like a ghost town. we got a hummer and was like the only people on the roads....we saw 5 tractoe trailers flipped over and about 20 cars stranded.

Well, I drove in this past weekend on route 92 --> 39-->219 through marlington and the road is not that bad. just it 92 from the white sulfur exit they keep it clean and its flat and straight =) i got some vids up from this year =0

So if i'm driving to snowshoe and not staying at the mountain is the parking for commuters at the top or bottom of the mountain.

@jewilli43 It's at the top. You can pretty much park anywhere you find a spot I think. That's what we did.

Public parking is at the South end (far end) at the Top of the World/Soaring Eagle complex. Bus stop there as well. It's really hard to find other parking.
