At your own house. Discuss with yourself waht John is saying, and create your own practice schedule. Re-listen to the lecture often. Play it even when you are "not really" listening and have some nice music on your stereo to go with it. You don't need a "clinic". Hang out with people who seem to be "mindful" and aware, rather than joining a club for people who are struggling with their lack of mindfulness and awareness. You are much smarter than you think, and can do this without further help.
