Primmvalet- I saw the 7 TD game in highschool and 2 or 3 of those touchdowns were off interceptions too. It was ridiculous. He can pull a ball out of thin air
this guy actually scored 7!........7 freakin td's in a single game in high school. best receiver in pac 10 history, there has to be a place for him somewhere in the nfl.
To chris371: Jimmy "the Greek" Snyder is that you...I thought you died. Funny that CBS fired you for making those suggestions in 1988, but since then, NFL lineups have become even more black than Motown Records in the 60's.
good vid and hass will probally get allot more playing time since the bears dont got their 2 best WRs any more so it's going to be hass and well who cares who else
You mean playing time period, as Hass never saw the field during the regular season last year. What a waste of talent! The Bears receivers are collectively atrocious, and they sit the 2005 Biletnikoff Award winner on the bench? There is something else at play here which nobody seems willing to talk about. Mike Hass is being royally screwed and it has nothing to do with his ability or his skills.
Ya everyone knows Hass is getting Royaly Screwed and still we all know that its not cause of his ability or skill cause he is hella good its mainly cause of his size
I don't think raze is the issue here, speed kills, thats the rule in the NFL and both Ball and Hass play faster than their 40 times. It amazes me how coaches and GMs value vertical jumps and 40 times posted on a combine more than the talent displayed on game days, thats what leads to busts for stupid GMs (Mike Mamula, Adam Archuleta, Ryan Leaf) and gems to the good ones (Rod Smith, Terrell Owens, Tom Brady)
Mike Hass ran a 4.59 at the Combine. It may be on the slow side of the draftees in 2006, but nobody could question his hands or skills. Yes race has much to do with it. I know its uncomfortable to talk about, but its the truth. Why dodge the truth because its uncomfortable? David Ball has run as low as 4.58. All of his 40 times are faster than Jerry Rice was coming out of college, plus Ball broke Jerry Rice's college receiving record. You never saw Rice getting ignored like Ball was.
You do have a point with the comparisons, which is exactly my argument but for every Jerry Rice or Adrian Peterson there's a hundred guys you've/will never hear about because they never had their chance for whatever reason (example: Ryan Grant). I truly hope that the bears give Hass a chance as the slot receiver, this coming from a Bronco fan but most of all, a football fan.
I somewhat agree with you, but i do think race is a factor but its not the only factor.
it's simialar too when a black qb goes for a QB people question his intelligence
Even if there athetic white guys at CB at WR are always consider hard workers, he never gives up but people just cant give them credit for being a good athelte
Bears need to cut ties with Rasheed Davis and Mark Bradley and get Hass and David Ball on the field, Hass wouldnt drop the ball if it was comin 100 mph at him and on fire. and David Ball well he's like elmers glue everything sticks.
Hes the wrong color to be a starter in the NFL! Sad but true. Hes better than most WRs in the MFL right now. Castefootball

Too white to be a NFL receiver! White guys are just physically inferior, bordering on physically handicapped!

I liked the "thank you jesus" look on the qbs face.
Get Hass on the field. You'll never want to take him out once he shows his stuff.

Every Night I pray to God that Turner lets Hass play, dude is a young Wes Welker

The bears receivers are honestly not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I guarantee Mike Hass will be a gem if they just let him play.

I almost laughed, but no it's not his size. Its that he's white. That is the 800 pound gorilla in the room that nobody is willing to talk about.

Agreed. Wes Welker wasn't even drafted! and Haas is better! just doesnt make sense..
they focus on 40 yr dash, when route running and hands are far more important, especially in the red zone. this is a huge problem in the NFL.

Nice vid, I saw Mike Hass make many catches like this in college, (OSU Beav here)...he will come through, he's a tough smart kid.
Here's to Hass pulling some crazy catches in and be durable for the Bears these next few years!

Davis will probably sign elsewhere, and Bradley is still under contract

yeah. i liked davis because he was a pretty good receiver and a solid special teams player.
