yes stan is truly correct on this subject. You have to teach skill in order to see development oppose to just teaching how to declare the victory by the scoreboard and not the victory threw the kid!

He is spot on. The guys coming out college to the NBA can't pass or shoot like Europeans at this point in time. They can run, and jump, and dunk, and jack up threes, but they have no middle game, or floor game.
