  • hey guys:

    HEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYAAA HOOOOOOOOOO

  • I was the 100th like!

  • POW POWDER!

  • I've been watching this kick for 25 years and I never get tired of seeing him do it.

  • In practice you have to land on the feet you kick with.

  • this kick is yeun's signature move.

  • Nice, good to see a 540 kick used in the old Hong Kong cinema

  • Super Kick!

  • lmao nice!!!

  • Can you say face pwned!

  • it's the famous southernfist/nanquan jump kick!!! also known as Teng Kong Ban Tui 360 Pu Gua

  • Haaa!

    Yo!!

  • ooooooooooowned.Biaos brilliant,a shame hes not as well known as Sammo and jackie

  • i would stand it

  • I need to start practicing this kick in my bedroom.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA @ the slow motion repeated so many times.

  • Kyo's R.E.D. kick from king of fighters.

  • my favorite part is when he did a whirlwind kick and hit the guy in the face

  • @DaStayPuftFluff I like the part where he's yelling in anger.

  • Im more impressed with the guy that takes a 540 to the face! That takes pure balls!

  • it's not infamous at all...unless he really kicked the guy

  • @swiv2d Um it's infamous because you don't see acrobatics without the aid of wires like that anymore. It's totally oldschool and even as far as oldschool flicks go, you still didn't see many people who could kick like Yuen Biao.

  • @princesstamika That's why it should be famous because infamous means if something or someone has a bad reputation

  • @swiv2d "infamous" is used because of how brutal it looks. It's a colloquialism of opposites used to communicate the nature of the kick. Hence 'infamous". It is both famous and infamous because of how br-utal it looks.

  • @swiv2d he did

  • @ioriyagami who yuen biao had a bad reputation?

  • @swiv2d he really did kick that guy! you need to check into what they were doing in the hong kong film industry back then! Yuen, Jackie and Sammo amongst others pushed serious boundries and employed stunt men to take REAL connecting hits, punches or kicks! them and Yuen took such hits themselves, to give there films the credebility and edge against all the others making films in a saturated market at that time. check the end fight scene in Dragons Forever when he takes a kick to the throat!

  • @shapese13 benny the jet was surprised that the deal was to actually hit eachother in wheels on meals lol

You shouldnt forget that many stuntmen refused to work with jacky chan because of this lol

He himself seems to have been the craziest stuntman in hongkong in the early 70's. I like yuen biao too but his kungfu is mere ceremonial so i'm not a fan of seeing him fight, his acrobatica is far superior though. Sammo seems to have gave up training in mid eighties.

  • @webeskimo Jackie wasn't the only one doing this. For example Sammo Hung still had the actors and stuntman hit each other when Jackie already stopped. Jackie Chan even made a comment about it once in an interview. And btw, Wheels on Meals is a Sammo Hung movie.

  • @shapese13 they arent hitting really, theyre making it like that to look like a real hit...there was never a real hit, where an actor or stuntman did get hurt really, its like a little slap, sure you feel it, but theres no damage, except for accident, but there are always accidents...jackie explained this himself how theyre doing that.

  • HYAAAAAAAAAA

    YOOOOOOOOO

    UUUUUGHHH

  • hmmm Kyo R.E.D kick!!!

  • The 540 is not easy by any means, but being able to hit someone and still land a 540 is amazing.

  • Not seen this film, but that's a pretty sweet kick.

  • I've always loved that kick! It was one of the best on-screen moves I've seen!

  • YES

  • Insane xD

  • ripped shirt lmfao

  • Cemetery Kick!

  • That ending part was funny lol.

  • wonderfull kick !!!!!!! awesome

  • Likes much like a 360 kick to me. The other 180 was used for the spin jump.

  • Holy *@#$ that must hurt like hell!

  • 520 degrees of assrape in your FACE!

  • @otakumoe and it comes in slow motion

  • @otakumoe 540 dergees but still funny ^_^

  • just tape in jackie chan on letterman and se for yourself everybody peace.

  • jackie chan was beating up a gang of bikers after yuen biao kickt on a motorcykel and afterwards jackie have a toof nailed into hes fist and that story comes from jackie himself.long live the 3 dragons.

  • this kick works on the street in the ring or what ever.anyway if you have a brain and are really good with the right timing this will work.its all up to the person how much skill he have and belive me yuen biao has skills.he jackie and sammo was picking fights on the hong kong streets when they where 17

  • jackies a pacifist so he usually try to avodi violence but funny sotry was he gto into a figth cuz sammo was picking foigths with ppl on teh streets n jackie hapened ot be with him

  • MMA is overrated and its all due to their fans

  • @DrOmega If this guy missed and it had to go to the ground what then?

  • @ReReShow80 dont know nor do i care its called Martail "ARTS" for a reason, break dancing while doing capoeira>>>>>>>ReReShow80 with some guys nuts in his face enjoying it because its real

  • if you have fast enough, you can easily evade because its telegraphic, anyway bjj is not enough in the street but in a one on one situation its pretty good.

  • Rofl, seriously?

That's just one of the dumbest comments posted in Youtube history.

  • idiot!!!!

i've train kung fu in 2 years and i can only do basics!!!

he's very good and peoples who is really good and have a brain can make that kick lol!!!!!!!

  • bjj fighter would get his ass whopped in the streets. bjj is only good in the ring. 1 vs 1

  • Wait a minute, I'm confused. There's over a dozen comments on this video now, but we still don't have one from the twelve year old UFC fan who says "Those fancy kicks don't work in a real fight. A bjj guy would pwn this n00b."

  • Too late, my friend. Check out areufkingkiddingme's little contribution. There can be no HK video without at least one.

  • Yes i agree and i must say that i think the best hong kong fight scens is from the 80s with the 3 dragons.Anyway i love all of the movies they done.Hong kong action forever.

  • this is somthing id rather see than people pretending they know martial arts on screen. Just doesnt come close to seeing someone with Pure skillS!

I love how in hong kong fight movies they come up with choreography that is not possible for someone who doesnt know martial arts! ^^

Love when you can tell it CANNOT be CGI or faked in some way ^^ u can tell someone actually got hurt, Balls to the Wall!^^

  • I totally agree and it shoud be really awesome if the three dragons did a new movie togheter like they did in the 80s.Not an american action movie but a real hong kong action movie.Nothing can top that.

  • well they're all past their prime and I seen most of their movies, they put out a tremendous amount of work, i wouldn't mind if they all collaborated in directing something, im sure they still got some good ideas to put out there, but other than that their, u can watch most of their earlier works where they collaborated and it still kicks ass today.

  • that is probly the sickest kick in History!^^

looks like somthing you'd see one of the characters in Dead of Alive do to finish someone off!^

Love that Kick its Incredible, No one F**ks with Yuen Biao!

  • Your damm right,i totally agree.

  • everytime i watch a sammo hung, yuen biao or Jackie chan fight im constantly reminded ;)

one example of what im taking about is in a hong kong fight, someone will bend over backwards and touch the backs of their ankles to avoid a round house kick. Obviously impossible for an actor untrained in martial arts.

I do like it that Yuen Biao in this case is both the stunt man AND the actor, and hes a Good actor at that, its hard to sell urself on screen, let alone carry a whole movie.

  • jackie does this kick in drunken master 2 but he does this with a more traditional turn to it, kicking not whit the shin but whit the side of the foot. like a inside crescent kick, or a tornado kick landing on the same foot, but the combos he puts it in.. man, its just beautiful to watch ^^ 540 to outside crescent kick to drunken punch in the face hehe, gotta love that ! higfive!

  • Yeah,hes truly amazing.

  • Yuen Biao's kick in Winners and Sinners was better. I love this one too, that being said.

  • i get u the first time man. you repeated the same kick for 9 times.

  • but it does look like ballet to me

  • think you will find its Chin Kar lok doubling for Jackie in Dragons forever doing the same kick..

  • It was Chin Kar Lok doing the kick in DF but Jackie himself did the same kick in Miracles.

  • jacky chan do this kick in dragon forever too

  • but not as good... Jackie's not a 540 kind of guy.

  • WHAT!!?? Did you not see JC 540 over a fridge in Rumble in the Bronx? Not forgetting his 540 in Miracles too!

  • What I mean is he doesn't use it as often... he's purely capable just doesn't use in too many of his films.

  • Unfortunately, the guy doing the 540° kick in Dragon Forever wasn't Chan. He was doubled in that scene.

  • Jackie also does a 540 as a part of his drunken sequence in DM2. That one was definitely done by him.

  • easly in my top 3 kicks from action movies. from the great yuen biao.

  • kickass 540
