  • you are so fucking hot, i wunna look like you

  • @Jordonified Dude not too long. On and off for 3 years. More off than on. Sorry for the huge delay. I have been sick with cat scratch fever for 2 months. But when I was working my ass off, I put on 15 pounds in 60 days.

  • May I ask how old you are? I love how you are so enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge

  • @chelseaburnham1989 Sure. I am 22. I am glad that you enjoyed the video. :)

  • lol. that's funny, it cleared mine up! haha, & Dr. OZ? well, I guess we all have our sources. Keep at it, I'll try ta experiment soon.

  • @jpoodle I checked out that Acne Org site, and it helped some people. Then others, it made them breakout big time. My buddy told me it has to do with having a proper balance of something in the body. I don't know. I put his email on my site. But yeah. Dr. Oz. He's that TV doctor dude. Lol

  • Just so you know.. Lettuce isn't exactly they type of vegetable you're looking for, as it's mainly made up of water, you need veggies such as Broccoli which have the B vitamins you're looking for, or well your body's looking for. & Also, multivitamins I was told in sports nutrition class are a waste of time, you should get all of your body's needs through your diet, the only "necessary" additiveyoumay need is fish oil, as I'd say the majority of us hardly ever eat fish, many benefits smart>hard

  • @jpoodle Thanks for the heads up. This is something that I am already aware of, but my subscribers may not be. I am picking up spinach tomorrow, so that will be way better.

As for the multi-vitamin, I am told that it's nearly impossible to get all of the proper nutrients we need through our diet alone. Dr. Oz recommends this brand, and that's why I go with it.

Fish oil is a definitely must, but for me, it always breaks me out in cystic acne. But if you can take it, I would recommend it.

  • Thanks

  • @omfggoogle No problem, dude.

  • What was in the post workout meal?

  • @omfggoogle 5:55 Oatmeal, Protein Power 1 1/4th Cup, Milk 2 Cups, Honey 1tbsp, and a salad.
