I've been plagued by spasms over the last five years and only recently I found that if i squeeze my penis while spasming they go away. Squeezing for about a minute seems to over ride the spasm and I can get on with some sleep. It's nice holding on to my old friend too!

@makingamovie4u i didnt notice but i went back and watched it and thats actually my camera and my care takers shadow are by my feet. If you notice as soon as the camera moves the color changes around the frame. My feet arent actually blue lol but they look pretty crazy on the video!! Hahahahaha!!
