It's actually "Better THAN you" not "Better THEN you". "Then" is a verb that in context with time, whereas "than" is in context with a comparison. :D (I have an English major, by the way)

I know, that's what I was trying to say. "I'm better then you" was the example, not the correction.

You probably just misread it or something, no biggie. The post I had made below that showed my extreme dislike of the incorrect use of "Then" in such contexts, seeing as usually only teenagers make that mistake. Large corporations who render massive scenes like that shouldn't make such trivial errors in their cinematic intros, as they take days to finish (unless you have a render farm).

you're actually saying "I'm better, THEN you!" which means you're better than something else, thEn comes me.

"your gay"

my gay what? what do I own that is gay? it's you're, which means "You'Re = You Are"! Your means "Your Object that You Own!" or "This is Yours!" certainly not what most stupid people use it for. Apostrophes! They have a purpose! :(

Well, I was a bit bored at the time...

Now that you mention it, I had just finished yet another essay for Modern History and was still in a 'writing' mood.

(I do have slight OCD coincidentally, but only with unrelated things such as making sure stacks of paper line up and aren't jumbled, or pens are sitting in line with the desk they're on, etc.)
