It's Eva Cassidy, and Sting said once that from all the covers of "Fields of Gold", this was his favorite version :)

ahh.. i thought the voice sounded familiar. i have her version of "somwhere over the rainbow" on my computer. she had such a beautiful voice.
it really is a great version of the song. sting's is good, but i think i like eva's better.
i am a marriet and a jordanny fan. i thought this was really beautiful. i love all ur vids
