I want to learn how to integrate Drupal and Alfresco together is there any tutorials?

@deecanio You can use the Drupal CMIS module to do this. We also created an additional module to add more features, called CMIS Views. We are doing a joint webinar with Acquia on the 24th of January about this and you can register on the Acquia website. Finally, one of our partners (Appnovation) also built a solution that you might be interested in. The solution is called Canopy.

I have installed the latest version of Drupal - V7 .. is it compatible?

@deecanio Yes, we are using Drupal 7 with the CMIS module to power two of our websites, and it's working well.
