In the Marines, only one or two from each company graduate as E-3/Honor Graduate, it's always a guide, and it doesn't matter how much JROTC you have. I know this, because I had 4 years of JROTC when I signed up and the most I was eligible for was E-2/Pfc

I SERVED TWO TOURS OF DUTY DURING IRAQI FREEDOM AND THE OCCUPATION THEREAFTE. I can not sleep at night.

It is also legal to drink at the E-Club on camp Pendleton when you are over 18, Or it was when I was there. The rest of the state was 21 but not on base at that e-club at camp Johnson.
