  • "Prbly got like no balls left" lmao

  • @scarface30111 I enjoy the flat foregrip I have on my A5, but it's personal preference on what you find comfortable. I like the vertical grip for stability, but the flat grip is just as good and creates a nice low profile for your marker, though it's not as "easy" to hold persai. I love it though. Personal preference.

  • Hey do u like the hand guard with the a5 or the stock foregrip?

  • I use my a5 for rec ball every weekend I can. (which isn't many right now) And it is hands down the most reliable, and easy to maintenance gun I've seen. I have the response trigger and I will sometimes see guys with Dye, or Proto guns (expensive) who say " is that a a Tippman!" because my response trigger can just devastate!

  • I'm a beginner so please help me. What does turning the fps down/up do? I'm getting a response trigger and idk what I need to do to make it preform the best, so please please tell me :)

  • lol no balls left

  • yooo, turn yur FPS lower..

  • i dunno how it is for the regular stock trigger, but i have the double trigger, and i keep my middle finger on the top right corner of the trigger and it works even when im running... u gotta have the trigger set up right too tho...

  • The tippmann a5 is the best woodsball gun there is ...this is not only my opinion but a majority of woodsballers would agree with me...they are very sturdy and reliable...you can upgrade them very easily and not worry about the gun failing....I have had my a5 for about 4 years and I got it used and haven't have a single problem with it...I have put numerous upgrades on the already amazing gun...over all the a5 is the way to go!!!

  • The Tippman A5 response is what I'm looking for, is your marker stock? and is this one of the best choices for paintball?

  • So is an a5 with an E trigger better? Sorry i'm kinda new with paint markers and i got an a5 with a RT.

  • @Davide131

An E-Trigger allows you to have a much higher fire rate that will ALWAYS shoot at that constant speed, however, youll need a lot of batteries and some e-triggers arent weather proof. The RT shoots a max of 15-18 bps, but it wont always be consistent, depending on the weather and how well your marker is tuned. However, it is weather proof and runs off the excess air of your tank, so it always works when you need it :P

  • @SirChubblesSteen Cool, thanks for filling me in on that.

  • @SirChubblesSteen yea but a n e grip on an a5 isnt worth it your better of having on an x7 phenom

  • tuned properly it shud shoot 18 bps

  • @txfishing123

Well HPA is better for shooting fast as CO2 gets colder and drops in pressure the more you shoot it, which can be bad for your gun if you don't have an expansion chamber or remote line. HPA had a consistent pressure output while CO2 is a liquid that is effected by temperature and other factors. Personally, I don't see much a difference on my A5, but I suggest you buy a HPA tank :)

  • Hey I'm about to buy a tippman a5 with response trigger and I just wanted to ask if co2 or hpa works better as in acuracy and speed

  • porbobly got like no balls left 1:21

  • lolll

  • where does the co2 go in the grip?

  • @sailor5687

You have to use the remote line, which attaches to the back of the stock. The stock has a male adapter and the remote line has the female adapter (im sure you can figure that one out ;)

  • @sailor5687 it goes in the stock

  • Thats loader then mine no red dot

  • Thats loader then mine

  • nice gun

  • bomb dude, just bomb.

  • Cool video man, but it's pretty funny wat you said about the strap lol lift weights little man. That gun is light, especially since you have your air on to back!

  • I had a response trigger for a while...then I got a selector switch e-grip. Best upgrade I ever made. It's expensive but worth it. You sound like your firing around 15 bps.

  • I know that egrips are waaay better for maintaining a high ROF but while the RT has its faults it wins in my opinion because of its lack of a battery and it being weather proof. As an added bonus, the RT is absolutely beast once you upgrade to HPA and max out the internals, only problem being that its hella expensive XD. Its a win/lose situation.

  • @SirChubblesSteen Selector switch e-grip is supposed to be weatherproof. The board is sealed. Anyway I know where you're coming from, that's why I got one before I got the e-grip.

  • @SirChubblesSteen my egrip does absolutly fine in the rain, shine sleet or snow. :)

  • @44Tapout is the egrip durable enough if i dropped my gun it would still be fine like how durbale is the egrip

  • @maxrocks33 it's a hard hard plastic....very tough, i've been through creeks and shit, and it's good. lol been dropped a few times....

  • @SirChubblesSteen Also, at my field they don't allow E-Grips ^.^

  • good job on tunin it man! ive got rt too.. absolutely loved it, better be careful if ur switchin to HPA tho!

  • Sounds like you know what's up with HPA on a A5 RT..

What do you know about it? Whenever I use HPA on my A5 it doesnt do any better than Co2 (minus Co2 getting mad cold after shooting alot), in fact HPA does worse in my gun some times. Any info youd like to share?

  • yeh sure, it has something to do with the levels of the pressure of a co2 tank and the HPA tank, since co2 is more dense, it has more "punch" whereas the HPA tank has less kick caus its less dense, so if u change it to HPA tank from co2, u hav to re-tune the rt AND the HPA tank to make it work properly, once thats set, ur set!.. cheers!

  • @SirChubblesSteen nah dude hpa is the best co2 just freezes, clogs everything. if you have problems with hpa then something is wrong with the gun. prob need new orings and oil the gun.

  • how do you tune the response trigger right? I just have the stock trigger and im thinking of either getting the egrip or response

  • There is a little knob thing on the right half of the receiver attached to the cyclone feed system via tubing a banjo joint and T joint. The banjo joint has this little screw on it that adjusts how fast the RT shoots vs how much assistance it gives to your trigger pull. Clockwise makes the trigger harder and counter CW makes it easier to pull, with the latter making the fire rate increase though making it harder to "sweet spot".

  • Easiest way to adjust the RT is turn it clockwise all the way til u cant pull the trigger anymore and then you turn it counter CW til you can make it go auto easily, while maintaining a high rate of fire. Egrips are ten times easier to make it go auto (tis what theyre designed for after all) however, the RT is mechanical therefore doesnt need batteries and will not die on you mid game, and its weather proof. Hope this helps you decide which u wanna buy!!

  • yeah i think im going with the R/T but is it easy to install?

  • oh and also do you have to concentrate to find the sweet spot, as in will you have to kind of slowly pull the trigger until it starts working mid-game in order to get full auto?

  • Yeah the RT is pretty easy to install, takes like 20 minutes depending on how well you follow instructions.

You dont have to concentrate really, you just got to get use to it so you know how and when you can sweet spot it. Its all about feel. Also, NO it wont start to work only mid game, it goes hardcore from the start lol. If youre serious about making your trigger hardcore you should get a aftermarket double trigger, a lighter trigger spring and a hair pin trigger kit. Maybe some internals too

  • ok thanks a lot

  • is it a sniper version,Assault or rifleman???

  • Uhmm... Id say that its a rifleman, though given how the dogleg works it CAN be a sniper, only problem is its really really loud and could use a better barrel

  • had that red dot.... blows cock. it broke

  • red dot fail..

  • haha ya the red dot did kinda fail, waaaaay too much glare, thats why i dont use it

  • @SirChubblesSteen Ya cool rt tho i dont like like my Egrip i wanna trade it for a rt

  • i wouldn't think you would want an expensive reddot on a paintball gun anyway

  • i think you can get those "low profile" red dots for like 10-20 bucks but you need a very accurate gun for them to have any purpose (aka phantom)

  • nice gun... ima pute responce on mine eventually....

  • you sound a bit like cartman.

  • Ironically I can do Cartmans voice almsot perfectly lmao. Screw you guys im going home :P

  • definetly

  • AHAHAAH LOL

  • "That is pretty fuckin bomb"

    LOL

  • lol at a woodsball game i had 3 people pinned down by my self with the responce trigger and my a5....i love it ...but i only got 2 of them out =[ some 1 on my team got the other befor i did

  • Yeah the response trigger is still such a great upgrade despite what ppl say about it. Its convenient and it works. I pretty much did the same thing when I went to Wasaga beach PB on the 16th XD it was fantastic. I mercd Sooo many ppl that day. I love my A5 <3

  • i got it to work, but not like how ur shooting it. i can only shoot it like 8 or 10 balls per second. thnx! :P

  • how does ur RT work. i need to tune mine but i dont know how? any suggestions?

  • The RT works by making the trigger bounce between your finger and the (response) piston behind the trigger. This makes it go full auto when "sweet spotted". You tune it by adjusting the banjo joint on the side of the marker. Its the thing sticking out of the end of the gun on the side. Its EASY to find lol. Anyways, there is a little knotch/screw on it you place a flathead screwdriver into (one came with the RT).

  • hey, whats the a-5 a-2 kit? for my speed ball set up i just got a 16 inch barrel, a way better trigger, and the response trigger but it wont fire like u did in ur video

  • Turn the Response trigger thing clockwise to make it easier to sweetspot and counter clockwise to make it easier to pull the trigger. Now to make it sweetspot and shoot fast u have to find a balance between the clockwise and counter clockwise turning of the Banjo joint screw. Just play with it. The easiest thing to do is tun it clockwise so its hard to pull the trigger and then slowly turn it the other way while test firing it to see how well its sweetspotting. Good luck! Tell me how you did.

  • soooooooooooooooo cuuuuuuuuuuute oh lol

  • Thanks Cristey :)

    Youre adorable ^^

    *cough* sexy too *cough* (^-^)

Hope you have a good one! :3

  • Hell yeah dude, you've got the twin to my setup but I don't have a red dot. I put pen spring mod in mine, it's pretty simple and cheap, and works freakin amazing...

  • Nice! So you got the exact same set-up minus red dot? If so, our A5's are twins now cuz I removed my red dot! :P

What does the Pen spring mod do?

  • Makes yer trigger really touchy. Works best with response and double trigger.

  • Really? So it makes sweetspotting it easier? Cuz if so I want it! Im always looking for something to make my RT more pwnage. How much did it cost? It is readily available at most paintball stores?

  • Watch BORG's video's on how to install. it's free if you have a pen.

  • ya. u do have a really bomb marker. :) i got a lot of upgrades for speedball, but im thinking of getting woodsball upgrades cuz woodsball is dope. got any sugestions for me? THNX!!!!!!!! :P

  • First off, thanks ^^ Glad you like it.

You have an A5 correct? Sounds like you do. What do you have on it for speedball? Its not the best speedball gun to begin with btw XD youll like it alot more for woodsball.

I would suggest HPA (I assume u have it already), a stock that you like, a remote line, a vest, and if you wanna be able to aim down the sights with a stock besides the Dogleg get a rail and a (good $50+) red dot. Or just guesstimate your shots :P I HIGHLY suggest the A5-A2 kit.

  • how much is it

  • Its cost like... $280 for the A5 (more like $300+ cuz it came in a package), $60 for the Bigshot, $120 for the foregrip and Dogleg stock, $15 for the red dot (now removed), $20 something for a new front bolt, $15 for the X7 hopper, $80 for the Response Trigger, $20-$25 for the strap and .. like $50 for the remote line and pack. Soooo all together its cost.. Around $680. DAMN. I still am going to be getting a HPA tank ($80) and selling my Bigshot to get one with a Apex tip (around $100).

  • oooo i really want that barrel 4 my x7, u think the one with the apex is right?

it will really worth it to buy a scope, cuz the barrel.

sorry 4 my bad english again.

  • Yeah im getting the Bigshot with the Apex tip attached, its gonna be sick. If you like the barrel then I highly suggest it and I might just maybe get a scope :p

  • How do you use a double trigger with the rt?

  • It would either make holding the sweetspot easier or if you turn your RT to be soft then you could pull the trigger much faster. I met a guy with a DT and RT on his X7 and he said it mainly helped with just sweetspotting it.

  • Does the response trigger work that well normally? And what type of barrel are you using?

  • Well that was the first time the response trigger worked that well for me, but a couple days ago I tuned it again (I fucked it up after this video) & got it shooting fast. It all depends on how you tune it & what your running (HPA or Co2). I use Co2 and ive noticed that the RT works super well only when you allow the tank to warm up, so ive come to the conclusion that HPA would work amazing with the RT.

  • To back up what ive said, I used HPA with my gun at my friends & it worked extremely well. All in all though, YES the response trigger is rather good and does shoot fast. You just got to get your gun tuned properly.

  • The barrel I have is a Lapco Bigshot. Its not expensive but its really accurate and mirrored on the inside (aka very smooth). I would suggest it, but the thing you should know is that its bore size is large (0.689 calibre) so small bore paint wont work that well with it. Im selling my Bigshot to my friends & buying one with the Apex tip attached, which btw is (the Apex) extremely awesome. A lethal combo. Hope this helps.

  • Yeah it did, thanks a lot, and sick gun btw.

  • Im glad I could help and thanks :)

Question though; do you own a A5? If so, what do you have on it? What upgrades were you planning on getting?

  • Ordered it with response trigger, getting remote line, vest, opsgear 16 in M4 barrel, possibly X7 hopper. I'm having trouble deciding on a stock though. Also I might make my own sight/scope.

  • Are you getting an M4 shroud or did you mean barrel? ..Or both? lol. If youre getting those then you might as well get a M4 stock and since you wanna get a red dot get a raised sight rail. In the end youll have a sexy M4 A5 :P Nice.

  • for now just barrel, but over time the whole thing ;)

  • Haha. "Win Sauce." Nice marker.

  • i would recomend the tech t upgrades since u have an rt

  • Thanks :)

  • nice. its pretty accurate

  • Yeah, the barrel works really well compared to before (I dunno why it was fucked, but it works now so yay!) and the response trigger was BEAST that day lol.
