Never try out for mascot if you dont think you can stand extreme temps. My fellows out there know this. It gets up to 35 degrees hotter in that suit than it is outside. Of course, you sweat at the start of it, then eventually your body gets used to it and the body isn't full to the brim with sweat (mine did this). Then, once winter comes, your cheerleaders will be FREEZING and be begging you to hug them. Dont! Make them suffer... >XD. But being mascot is a great honor. Good luckto you trying out
Then, I had to skip around them AGAIN and they got up and spirited off. I was the first Buzz ever to do the worm. THANKS TO JARED THE BULLDOG FOR THE IDEA! I'm trying out for high school this year, but since we dont have jv mascot, ima have to try REALLY hard! I think I have a good chance, cuz people are still coming up to me and saying "Oh my gosh! Were you Buzz? You were amazing!" We stop at football season, but even into the start of track, thats amazing! See above for more
DUUUDE! Being mascot is soo hard! I mean, you lift your hand and youre sweaty! I especially had a hard time, being Buzz the hornet! her stinger would flop everywhere! I had to learn how to walk and make it wiggle! Now I walk like that outside the character. At camp, we had to come up with a skit wif our cheerleaders, so i had my girls sit in circles and we made a watering can outa pizza boxes. Then, i skipped around the "pods" and watered them. See above for the rest. Cheers! ~Buzz the hornet~
at camp I was like "what did I get myself into" I was sooo hot after a skit and running around a bit I was red and breathing heavy. but now i barely even need breaks at volleyball games. and football only a few.
yeh :D when i first started as a mascot I wasn't a great dancer but after 6 years being a mascot at my local football club I got better. And after 6 years I have moved up and I'm a mascot for a premiership football team but I can't tell you because then you'll know who is the mascot for a certain team
